Teaparties ??

We are looking for a tea party for our 4 year old to attend. We heard there is something at the Grand Floridian, but we specifcally want a teaparty for the adults and children. We do not want an event where we drop off our child.

Can anyone clarify what our options are?

The Wonderland Tea Party (click here for photos) at the Grand Floridian Resort is for children only. If you want your whole family to have tea, then you should look into booking a PS for the Grand Floridian's Garden View Tea (there are no characters at that tea):

Last Fall, the Grand Floridian did have a tea party where the adults could attend with the children. My husband, our daughter, and myself attended that event and it was wonderful. I should note that it was only in a "trial run" when it was offered for two weeks last Fall. It would be nice if the Grand Floridian would offer something like that again in the future or even an event that is geared towards the boys. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Tea with Alice is a teaparty with Alice and Tweedle Dum/Dee at the GF, parents can't stay.

There is also a more formal "high tea" at the Garden View lounge, although IMHO it is NOT geared towards younger children, and I personally wouldn't take a four year old there. I recently took my very mature almost eight year old neice there, and she was a little bored by the end. Even she wouldn't have had a good time there when she was four.
