NOW FOR THOSE OF US WHO SET A GOAL FOR THE CHALLENGE!!!
NOTE: This list includes participants who have reported in within the last 3 weeks, once someone misses 3 weigh-ins they are dropped from this report.
How this works: You set your goal for what you want to lose in the challenge. Then I calculate your weight loss in the challenge divided by your goal to get a % to goal.
Anybody can change their goal at anytime (or add a goal) all you have to do is send me a PM.
Since the goals are an individual thing, the list is just in alphabetical order to make it easier for everybody to find their own name. If there are any questions or suggestions please let me know.

mmmmm so good. Today I'm resisting it!
I am so far off plan I can't describe it. I promise tomorrow will be a better day. First, I will have a soda-free day. I will also drink plenty of water. My other goal is to go to the gym.




Congratulations, 50sjayne, on your top loss this week!
I hadn't been since before the holidays! It's a hard class for me to make - 8:30 on Monday evenings, when I'd much rather be planted on the couch. But I went, and I'm so glad I did. It was weird, too - I thought I'd find it really hard to get back in the groove and that I'd have a hard time making it through the whole hour. But all this other exercising has clearly made me stronger - I was able to do the whole class, and I was getting lower in the squats and higher in the kicks than I was last year! Woo!
