Good Morning Mickeys!!
Been really busy and haven't been on my computer much the last few days. I was up way too early (for me!) this morning.
Didn't have a good On Plan week last week with Friday being the worst. On top of several cupcakes

we went out to Carrabbas for dinner. Both kids were at other activities and we had some gift cards we have been dying to use, so it was also our Valentines Day gift. I was ready to just throw low carb to the wind and pig out on pasta. The funny thing is that I didn't! I did eat bad but it was primarily the bread and oil and some cheese sticks. I ordered a Caesar Salad but didn't like it so only had a few bites and I decided to try something new-- a Ravioli with chicken, cheese and spinach and it was yechy. Not really their fault it just wasn't a dish I liked-- the taste of onion was overpowering. I think I ate maybe 3 of them and brought the rest home for DD16. She likes onion and even she said it was too much. But it kept me from pigging out too bad!
I am a maintain for this week which I expected. But I am going to try to lose 2 pounds this week to make up for it. It is going to take some major will power and self discipline. I told the family to expect light meals this week.
Saturday DD16 and I had a mom and daughter day and went to a large church yard sale and then 2 thrift stores and out to lunch. I bought a few shirts but really needed jeans. In fact when I was trying the shirts on DD looked at my jeans and said "Mom, MC Hammer called and he wants his pants back!" But I couldn't find any in the size I need. I am in that really bad spot where the bigger size is too big but the smaller size is just about an half inch away from buttoning. So I really would like to get 5 pounds down so they will fit.
So I spent several hours on Sunday going through some boxes of old clothes in smaller sizes. Found several shirts that fit and a few pair of jeans that are pretty close. I think I also found a actual pair of MC Hammer's pants! Some of the stuff in those boxes is going to need to get donated or used by my girls for Retro 80's day at school!
DH told me to just go buy some jeans but I am just way to cheap to pay $20 or more for jeans that I hope to only wear for a few months.
The biggest hindrance is me! But DH has been an amazing support. He does a lot of the cooking so it is great that he is behind me 100% and is really doing his best not to lead me off track.
