Good moning guys.
Yes I overslept again. Since I started doing this full weight routine I have been more tired in the evening and over sleeping. I wonder if there is a connection? I usually don't set the alarm but wake up between 5 and 6am. I wonder if it's because my body is repairing the damage caused by the weight training? I have been making sure to get plenty of protein.
It's another frigid morning here so it will be treadmill for us followed by the weights and then off to work for me.

I guess I was just optimistic that the snow would melt last night.
I hope you feel better soon! My favourite drink when I have a sore throat is hot water, honey and crushed lemon wedges. It has Vitamin C and the honey feels good on a scratchy throat.
I love the Christmas decorations. I start Thanksgiving Day. 3 huge wreaths on the front of the house, a tree in every room, one on the 10' platform in the entry way, and one in the gazebo. I do have to skip the one in the living room where the little guys play this year but still will have several to stay in the spirit
