Nope, the 21st is my birthdayIt is also Fathers Day weekend!
Dang, I knew it was either the day before or the day after Dr. Belle's, and I went the wrong way.

What did they decide?
The neighbor kid had to leave, too, so they went to class. Got their white belts with yellow stripes! WOOHOO!
The meeting with Jimmy's teacher was awesome. He is reading 3 levels above where he should be for reading and is at a 4 in everything else (4 = Advanced)![]()
WTG, Jimmy!

He said it will take alot worse than that to get him kicked off the bus
Very good.
]Happy First Day of Spring to all My Focker Friends !!
Thanks, Rosie! You, too!
No not a new one, she had a high sleeper with a desk and fold out futon thing underneath. She decided that she no longer wanted to sleep so close to the ceiling (it was very high) so we've adapted itGlad the car leak was only little!
I know what you mean, and thank you!
Sounds wonderful Dawn and I know you won't be doing a TR but please tell us a bit about it

Emma's power is finally back on, don't think I told you but she really got hit by the storms last week, loads of trees down etc and they had no power for about a week
Poor thing.
I've managed, with the help of some bits of woodto make Ellie's old bed into a new one and a seperate desk that was once attached. Hopefully it'll stay up

I have a golf match tomorrow against another club, it's foursomes so my partner and I take it in turns hitting the ball. Fingers crossed I play well as I hate letting people down so sometimes try too hard and muck up IYKWIM!
I do, exactly. Though I always play doubles, I sometimes think I'd rather do singles so that I wasn't responsible for anyone else's match.

Not much going on here yet. The boys did choose to go to karate last night, as I said. But, though I could have dropped them at 5:15 and stayed away, then, until 8:30, I had to go back at 5:50 to see their belt ceremony. That was fine - I ran to the library and the bank during the class, watched the ceremony, then went to the grocery and just hung at home until time to get them.
This morning has been nice and lazy. The kids got up earlier, I slept in a bit. It's supposed to hit 71 today (back to the 50's for next week, but no snow, so I'll take it) and so the boys are already playing outside. We have no plans whatsoever, which is kind of nice. No word yet on when baseball will start (and with next week looking like it does, I am not anxious to get going...) so I'll appreciate this nice lazy Saturday.
