Look under people's user names. A tag is given to you by the Tag Fairy---usually something funny you've written in a post! And they are soooooo nice and fun!

ahhhh, now I know what those are about. I was always so confused reading the stuff under people's user names! :rotfl2: So....how do you get tagged...who IS the Tag Fairy? Hey wait a sec...you need to go finish writing about Kaia's dream! ;)

Hey...hold up a second missy...we're writing...it's the posting we haven't done yet...teehee! :rotfl:

No one knows who the TFs are...they just wait for a funny comment and pounce! You wake up one day...and voila! It's there staring you in the eye glaring at you like a shiny diamond ring!

Well I better not say anything incriminating! Thanks!

Sure, rub it in... :rotfl:

I'm too new for a tag, anyway, even if I am a Veteran! :rolleyes1

I'm sorry, but...

LOOK!!! I'm a DIS Veteran!!!!!

:woohoo:

Thanks! I know it's not a tag, but I was excited! :lmao:
We're excited for you! That means u spend lots of "spare" time here!:thumbsup2

Well, I say lots of incriminating and silly things, and I still have no tag. And I bribe relentlessly!
So must be right time/right place kind of thing!

Any other TF thoughts??

:rolleyes1 Spare time? Yes... That's it... Not cleaning time, or quality family time... :rotfl2:

I know - believe me I'm not complaining - I know you've been waiting longer! I do think it must be a "be in the right place/right time" kind of thing. :)

Richmond------a mini TR in 2 parts to provide interesting discourse to TFW members who are not currently doing anything else at the moment...

Well, we headed to the Science Museum of Virginia early in the morning. I love Science Museums, and since I have member ship at one in Charlotte, I GOT IN FREE!!! (I LOVE getting in free to things, even if I've already paid for it somehow!):thumbsup2

Well, check out the size of this museum!

Impressive!

Have any of you ever wanted to ride a SegWay?? ( I have, but ya gotta be 16 at Epcot...)
Well, BA got to ride one at the Center.

She really enjoyed that---I opted to not stand in line with 10 children--although, I could have blended in at my height!

Here's a pic of us outside.......

(yeah, I know Jo--I left my pink fanny pack at home, but I'm the one on the right....):lmao:

So, then we met up with mom and went on a Richmond Canal Cruise (:thumbsup2 ) and went to an Irish Pub (:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 )---where is Deb anyway???

To wrap things up, the next day, BA and I drove to Monticello--we were lucky to get signed up for a family tour for 6-11 year olds! I really enjoyed it. Here's a cool pic--guess what is in the pond??? (and no, my poor confused Fockers, it's not an upside-down house!)

So that wrapped up our quickie trippie to Richmond! See you in Charlotte next week!

I went to Monticello when I was about 12 - it's a cool place.

Hmmm, what's in the pond??

Frogs?

Wow---maybe you should be our TFW :laundy: expert! We can ship it all to you!

It reminds me of the Franklin Institute here in Philly (also a science museum)
Really?? I'll have to check it out sometime--maybe I would get in free there too! (but now you sceered me with the murder stuff  )
I haven't been to Philly since we lived in CT and used to drive down to take AE to Sesame Place! Is that still there?

I know, I know, Can I guess? A Croc :cheer2:
Uh......... would that be the rare Native Virginian Crocodile???:rotfl2: He would freeze up in the winter!
Thankfully, no! I don't think North America even has crocs, just alligators. We'll have to ask Tracy, our croc expert.

Washington? ;)
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: There's a big pic of George inside the house, but I guess Jefferson and him were buds so he didn't throw him in the pond!

is it a partial "Hidden Mickey" ??:confused3
No, I looked all over.........but then again, since I forgot my pink fanny pack, I couldn't stuff my Hidden Mickey book into there! So y'all look close everywhere when you go here!

Good guesses, but they actually raise fish in the pond to eat! Jefferson's idea. And they are pretty big fish for the size of the pond.

Found another pic for you gardening folks--they keep this garden up and the employees get the veggies. It overlooks the Shenandoah Valley which is pretty!
