Well, I am taking her to WDW for the holidays this year (with the baby of course), does this count?

Well, of course we are all Disney nuts so it counts--but she's probably really focused on the next couple of weeks so she needs some daily things. Hmm...Baby Disney stuff would be super cute! "My first Disney Christmas ...or little ears!"

But, really, remember, everyone is waiting for the baby, and sometimes even new moms feel a little neglected--and hormones are really high now! So get her something for her. DH got me a new locket the week before my BA was born and I really liked it.

I got really nice little Mickey "ear"rings with citrines for the face last week for my anniversary and that was cool too. Does she like Disney as much as you?

I'd take Disney World over jewelry any day!!! But then, again, maybe a piece of jewelry while in Disney World would be even better!!!!!

Sorry, we did not cook children--although with 9 of them present and often in the way, it could have easily happened! We just had hamburgers and hot dogs and such. Ended up with 23 people and that was just Daran's side and my dad. I didn't even invite my side to this one.

How boring sausages and burgers I'm sure children would have been far tastier J/K sounds lovely and very brave with 23 people do you live in a mansion or something?

And also, she is inviting 30 teens to a pool party on Friday and she did not want her grandparents to come, so we needed a separate family one. My MIL mentioned buying a new "thong bikini" just in time for her party!

When I was little we had a pool and one summer my Dad thought it would be great to have a custard pie party lets just say the pool filter worked overtime for ages you couldn't actually see the bottom and one of my friends was never allowed up our road again

Still can't believe she's 14--wow, in 2 minutes (12:35 pm, she was born 14 years ago..........and in 4 more years, she'll be in college! )

Un, no--we had hot dogs. You make sausage in the morning with the biscuits and gravy! You make hot dogs with chili, relish, mustard, and onions!

Our new house has 20 acres with decks on the front and back over-looking the mountains. This would have been the first time to cook outside and use the decks for folks since we moved here in January. We had bunches of tables and chairs on the decks--then it started to rain just as the burgers were finished!
So, we moved everyone inside and squished together!

I can picture that!

We are renting out the town pool so I will just have to bring pizza, cake, and drinks to that one. Should be easy and worth the $100, I think!

Oh--yea, don't use that one much. AE heard it in a nursery rhyme and remarked that it sounded strange and that they should say "kitty cat, kitty cat, where have you been" instead of the other one. I reminded her that the word "gay" once meant happy too--so language changes and you gotta keep up! (of course, then you talk to people from other countries and you're behind again!)
