sounds like a very multifunctioning and useful appliance.:thumbsup2

They're OK. They run on "heating oil" which is pretty expensive these days, and that sucks. But because we then don't have a water heater tank, we never run out of hot water. :thumbsup2 However, in our model, at least, running two things at a time really affects the water pressure, so if I'm in the shower and D forgets and starts doing dishes or something, it's not good.:rotfl2:

I hate to "pooh pooh" him, but I think he wanted my attention more than there was any real issue. I asked if he believed in ghosts, no. Even if there WERE ghosts, would one come here? No. Why are you worried? I don't know.

Don't you just love their logic:rolleyes:

I know V, whose son thinks she'd feed him to the Country Bears, will understand my frustration.

OMG, I completely forgot this:rotfl:

WI (exciting destination, no? ;) )

On the bright side there shouldn't be any snow:scared:

Anyway, I'll be around. I need to do some stuff that I should have done during my lazy day today, but didn't. ;) But we all know my cleaning style, so I'll see you later! ;)

I'm here too! Jimmy is pulling the I'm not sleepy routine. Right now he is in his room reading. We'll see how long this lasts:sad2:

Don't you just love their logic:rolleyes:

Yeah... ;)

OMG, I completely forgot this:rotfl:

It's possibly my favorite Leo story ever, mostly because of that whole "what goes on in their brain?" thing. I mean, him thinking that V, of all people, would just say "Go over there, they'll eat you and I'm fine with that!" cracks me up no end. :rotfl2:

:lmao: Yeah, V is the mean one;)

Well we went to test drive the new van! :thumbsup2It's nice a little smaller than the one she has but 3 years newer and less mies !! :cool1:hen we came home and rearranged the living room !!:scared1:The lawyer says it should be final in 3 months!! This is of course if he doesn't how any kinks in the proceedures !! :eek:She is going for NO visitation and the lawyer sees no problem with that!!She has enough ammo to support her !!!Soo she has finally begun to move on and UP!!
Thanks for the hugs we really need them!!!

Hey everyone! :wave2:

It's been a busy day! :worship:

I went on Maddie's class field trip. That was interesting. We walked to Petco and they were given a tour of the store and of the animals. It's only about 1/2 from the school, but with 21 kids it seems miles away.

I had a group of 5 little girls around me chatting all the way there. Each one trying to one up each other - it was cute until one little girl told us her mother's boyfriend killed her hamster (the mothers, not the girls) by shooting it. Then another little girl told me about her uncle who was in jail, but she's supposed to tell people who ask that he is in the hospital.:rolleyes1 Oh and the topper was when the same little girl told me that Michael's craft store has security cameras, she knows because her mom got popped "stealing".:eek: Who the heck are these parents???? :faint:

You never know what your kid is going to blab out! :rotfl2:

Tomorrow I've got to get kids off to school, go to the gym and then back to Maddie's school to volunteer. Thank goodness the weekend is almost here!!

Rosie (&Judy):

Lessa: I'm sorry your mom (and you) is/are dealing with this. Your mom's such a nice woman. Vacation will be a nice break for you both! :goodvibes

Hi everyone else! Sorry if I missed you or anything important! :grouphug:

Happy Birthday Debra

There is a lot of stress at home right now. As some of you know my Mom's boss is the biggest witch on the planet.
Oh no, hope your Mom's OK

A boiler is what I boil my potatoes in and I have never had one fitted
:rotfl2: I see CE explained but it's what heats our water and heating. Most houses here have them :thumbsup2

On another sad note Judy is filing for divorce right now !!:sad1:
:hug::hug::hug:

The deal was that he was going to sell the suburban when we bought that. Instead, he is trading the suburban for a worthless Trans Am that his BFF owns. It is in our pole barn - Not running. They were supposed to fix it. This is how my Doug operates.:sad2:
Uh oh!!!

You're probably in bed already!
Yep :rotfl2:

How'd he make out. DOes he need glasses?
He's worn glasses since he was about 12 and the optician says that his eyes aren't causing the headaches, he's got another Dr's appointment tomorrow!

sounds like a very multifunctioning and useful appliance.:thumbsup2
But expensive to replace :rotfl:

I know V, whose son thinks she'd feed him to the Country Bears, will understand my frustration. :rotfl:
Aren't kids great :rotfl2:

You never know what your kid is going to blab out! :rotfl2:
Don't believe everything they say, when I ran Rainbows (aged 5-7) one girl in particular used to always tell us stuff. One week her Mum was pregnant (nope) the next they were off on a cruise (nope) :rotfl2:

I'm staying in all day today, the man is here refitting the boiler and David doesn't want me leaving, you know just in case he runs off with all the jewellery (which I don't have) and all the expensive stuff we have (again none) :rotfl2:

Well, he might want your MP stuff! ;)

Have a fun day at home!

***************************************************
I'll be off to tennis in a bit. I worked out during the boys' tennis lesson yesterday afternoon, and I did the weight machines for the first time in a long time (after 30 minutes on the elliptical - with the Fit in the morning, I was really good about exercising yesterday! :thumbsup2) Anyway, my chesticles hurt - I did the machine to work that area. :rotfl:Tennis may turn out to be really interesting. :rolleyes1:lmao:

Poor D didn't get home until nearly 2:30 last night - they were late leaving WI - and for some unknown reason he's up now. I got the kids on the bus and took the dog for a quick walk (it's raining) and here he is. I don't get it. :rotfl2:I'd stay in bed until 11:00 if I were him. ;)

Hope everyone has a good day! I'll be back later. :grouphug:

You guys will have to trust that I've read everything because there is no way in HECK I can quote.

My company arrived yesterday without incident. Well, until we got home and I was preparing dinner and looked over to see NOT ONE OF THEM, BUT BOTH with their feet (STILL IN SNEAKERS) up on my couch! As Dawn would say, I almost flipped my ****e. HOLY CROW. I mean, I realize that I'm sort of fanatical when it comes to cleaning house, but WHO does that?????!!!!!!
So, I grabbed my phone and ran downstairs and frantically texted Bob and told him if he didn't come home IMMEDIATELY from work I'd leave. :)

The rest of the night was fine, they ate like they'd never seen food before. I gave up and went to bed at 9 pm and called Dawn! LOL. I had to hide in my room. :lmao: Today I am going to the "yearly fun visit" with the Dr. :scared1: and I have to have the Oral Surgeon check out my wisdom tooth spot. One side is really really sore! :sad2:

After all that, we are going to the Detroit Science Center to see a Star Trek exhibit that's travelling the country. Good lead-in to the movie tomorrow night. Somewhere in all there I have to find time to buy Bob a Bday card and gift and make lasagna. :confused3:confused3:confused3
How the heck I'm going to do that, I don't know.

Hugs for everyone who needs them (Lessa's mom, Judy/Rosie, Jo for the new boiler and not having any valuables, CE for poor Woody, Lori for the EX from Heck, Sam for having a plan, Janet for a non-sleepy Jimmy, V for good thighs and saving $ and Angela for Mitch's boo boo tooth)
Sorry if I forgot anyone. It's so nuts here.

MEL:banana:

Goodmorning all ! I am off today !!So far I have done laundry, dishes and am now relaxing for a few!!

Woooohooooo Rosie!!!!

Well I've done all my ironing, done some questions, caught up on my blogs, catching up here, I'm running out of things to do :rotfl2:

I'm going to pick up my babies today! I miss them. :lovestruc

It's a busy evening for us B has dance here from 5-8, A has a baseball game here from 5:30-6:30, then C has try-outs for the Austin team at 5! :scared1: C's try-outs are fro the same team as B had Monday. C would be on the 1st-3rd team, though. This try-out is way less stressful, though because the competition is less and she's one of the oldest on the team. :thumbsup2

So, nothing exciting going on here other than that. I'm still waiting to get exact closing dates. I'm hoping for selling this house Thursday and buying our house Friday. We'll have to move out Wednesday if that's the way it works out. We'll stay wtih the MIL for a couple nights while our stuff is in storage. Fun, fun!

Hi everyone else!

Hi T :wave2:

I don't know about you, but I will be glad when school is over. I never realized how much school takes up time!

He's worn glasses since he was about 12 and the optician says that his eyes aren't causing the headaches, he's got another Dr's appointment tomorrow!

Does he wear contacts, I've never seen him glasses:confused3

Anyway, my chesticles hurt -

:lmao:

Have fun at tennis!

I would be so frustrated. Hope you find something out soon.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Guess what...it's not raining:yay: At work...late:headache: Got Jimmy to school and we realized he didn't have his glasses so I had to run home and get them and bring them back. It's only 5 minutes, but that 5 minutes is like 15 in rush hour:sad2:

HAve a meeting at 11:00, then another at 12:30. I am leaving early (3:30) becasue Jim has parent conferences tonight so I have to pick up Jimmy and get his homework doen, feed him dinner, showered, etc...because I have a School Fair Meeting at 7:00. Our neighbor is going to sit with Jimmy until Jim gets home. Is it Friday yet:rolleyes:

::yes:: :rotfl: :hug:

How is everyone today?
Hi s'latey - how are you?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Morning all!

Nothing new here. I need to get some writing done at work and I'm totally unmotivated. :surfweb:

My friend Char is going to EP Monday - I'm jealous! Yes, I'll be going soon, but not on a quiet Monday; I'll be braving the 9 crowd levels of Memorial Day Weekend. :headache: In fact, I've been semi-planning my WDW trips for the next year and - UGH! - I'm THEM now! We're looking at mid-summer, Winter Break and Spring Break thanks to school schedules. When did I get all responsible-like?! :sad2:

Hope everyone has a great Thurs.! :cheer2:

Judy is filing for divorce right now
 And sorry about the job situation.

Sorry about your mom's job
I'm with CE and have never had a salesman come to my house, and in the end it dawned on me you meant work ( ), but I don't know what I would think. I guess if your used to a salesman buying lunch during that time period then I would be thinking the same thing.:confused3
:lmao:
Sorry about the game getting rained out. I hope the sun does come out for you today.

How do you gals afford children!?? So is danceline an instructional activity.

No it is for football. They just do a dance during halftime. They only learn one dance and do the same one each week the entire season. Entertaining huh?

Ugh:hug:for your mom Lessa. Tell her to start documenting all the comments...just in case.!
That is great advice!

=========================================================

Jim's team won their game 10-0 and that was with him pulling the starting pitcher and holding up runners on first base when it would have been a triple
I thought that was great. Why would he be sad? Just feeling bad for the other team?

Ah, that makes a ton more sense. :lmao: Don't mind me... :rolleyes1

Ah, but in New England (and apparently Old England :lmao:) they are our heating device for the house - for hot-water radiator heat, not a furnace for forced air. :thumbsup2 Also, they serve instead of a water heater tank.
:rotfl: I knew what they were I was just trying to be funny ;) We use heat pumps here I guess beacause we need the A/C in the summer.

I hate to "pooh pooh" him, but I think he wanted my attention more than there was any real issue.

Alpha is like that. He makes up things to be afraid of. I just tell him to cut it out and he stops and goes on with whatever it was he was doing. However when Zeta is home it is a different story because he will baby him more and it will last hours and sometimes even weeks.

so if I'm in the shower and D forgets and starts doing dishes or something, it's not good.:rotfl2:

It's possibly my favorite Leo story ever, mostly because of that whole "what goes on in their brain?" thing. I mean, him thinking that V, of all people, would just say "Go over there, they'll eat you and I'm fine with that!" cracks me up no end. :rotfl2:
I missed that one but it sounds pretty funny

Soo she has finally begun to move on and UP!!
That's great Rosie. And congrats on the new van!

You never know what your kid is going to blab out! :rotfl2:
At the daycare I worked at years ago one girl showed us how her mama dances and then grabbed a pole and started pole dancing :scared1:
