I'm in the same boat as you. Linds will be in Kindy all day and DR is in afternoon preschool. I'm wondering what I will do with my time but I think I already have it planned out to hit the grocery store without the kiddos. My freezer and pantry are looking pretty bare and to have 2 hours of peace and quiet to shop and put it all away will be nice. Plus, I can then hide all the goodies and they won't be able to find it.

Yeah, I may need to make a grocery run, but I don't need much. My DH went to the grocery on Saturday after I got home from the hospital and we're pretty well stocked. Definitely can't spend my entire time there.

Any other ideas??

Oh, I SO hated the summer when I had to take them to the store. I grocery shopping without kids...

He's cute!! Sort of a cross between Doogie Howser and Toby Maguire.

Ermmmm...nope...that's what I'd do.

I thought about that, but I don't think I'd have enough time, with my other appointment. Plus, I don't want to have my nails done and then have surgery where no one will get to see them. I'd rather wait until after the surgery, when I start feeling better and then have them done. And I don't want to chance a massage hitting a nerve and making the pain return! I think I'll wait until after the recovery for that as well!

A good first day is always a good sign

I was just talking to a friend whose DH just started a new job 2 months aga (He worked for one compnay for 20 something years and given a force retirement). At the new place they even time how long you are in the bathroom Needless to say he is looking for another job

What if he has bowel issues or something???

This job will be really laid back. I'm not used to that with the schools. Good news is that if I work about 15-20 hours a week I'll make 1/3 more than I made with the schools. Can't beat that.

Hi for the first time today ! Worked late and then had to go to open house at Jr High for the girls. Steph is having a hard time she is scared '*** she doesn't undarstand the schedule among other things. Samantha is her usualnon chalant self ! Oh itis going to be a fun first few days of the new school!!
