Unless the doctor moves patients around, they can't change my date. I was scheduled a week ago and the first available now is 8/20, so I guess it's just busy. I can live with it right now. I'll call again if I think I'm going to pass out from pain.

My foot and now the bite on my arm are pretty swollen, I saw the pharmacist this morning and she said to keep taking antihistamines and using the cream, to ice it and elevate it and go to the Dr if it hasn't gone down in a few days, so I've got to rest

The Northeast is in a Heat Emergency, so we are complaining about that.
V is trying to decide between Artist Point and COral Reef for December.
T is done school THIS WEEK

Just jump in whenever. Not much going on here. The boys have decided to sort their legos. A massive undertaking to say the least. Thousands of pieces of plastic are on the playroom floor awaiting segregation by shape. It should take about a month

I'm sure 5 weeks will fly by (doesn't summer always fly-by?). It just ticks me off that I have to sit here in pain all these weeks, then recover, essentially not enjoying my summer. we'll still be going to the pool and movies, etc. once the kids are back. I can be in pain there too, might as well let the kids have a bit of fun.Darn. Here's wishing you a pain-free few weeks till you can get in!
