Hi CE

. Do the boys have to have a physical every year for school? I can't find any info out on this and am trying to figure out if I should make Jimmy's appointment before school starts or not.
Our school doesn't require anything more until they need the DTaP booster at 11 or 12. Some of the camps/town sports require a new form every year, though. A couple of my friends at playgroup just said that their doctor wasn't scheduling a 7 year check up, but I had a few things, so I'm glad mine did.
Hope everyone is having a wonderful day
You, too - glad you had a good day yesterday, and hope you kicked the butts that needed kicking.
I think he is gonna say the same as everyone ele hough so I am not toooo worried !
Let us know.
cmp, if your facebook friend sends that photo on her phone to the phone number she thinks is the girls' parents, and that photo is of a minor, she can be arrested for felony possession of child pornography. What she needs to do is take the phone into the police station and show them what happened. It is really important that she does not send it to anyone, there are, um, trafficking laws that come into effect. (we have several attorneys in the family, I kind of pick up stuff).
Thanks. I think her plan was to call the parents, not send the picture on, but it's good to know.
I don't play much, if at all, over the summer because the kids are home and it's just hard to get my act together to find a doubles partner, and I hate mixed doubles (men don't behave on the tennis court), so I just get all rusty over the summer and then practice like crazy before fall season starts...
Jo already answered that it was her golf game, but I love tennis these days. I think I'm going on your plan over the summer though - I was playing 3 days a week at least all during the school year, but I don't want to overschedule the summer due to the boat. I'm scared about not playing all summer, though.
We had fun though but didn't win a prize, thank god though as they sucked
Great attitude!
CE- You have one of my days today.

Have a great time. I hope the check up goes well and tell us what you decided to do about playgroup.
We went - more on that in a minute.
My kids have been running around telling me how they have nothing to do.

TINK thinks she should have a playdate everyday!

I think they need to play by themselves a bit and enjoy the relaxation.

(ya right).
Wouldn't that be good?
Did you read my FB? My kids are bored at 9am.

Give me a break!
I got that on the 2nd day.

To be fair, the weather has been SO carpy here that I don't really blame them, but still...

The doctor appointments went well. They are healthy, growing at a good steady rate, etc. No shots, thank goodness. We discussed Woody's hand-washing issue and got some good tips on that, plus a "we don't need to treat him for OCD" which I knew but have to convince my MIL.
It was done so fast that playgroup seemed reasonable. We were there for about an hour and a half, and it was really good to see everyone.
I left when I meant to leave - which is impressive

- and we got home and I've gotten the dog out. We still have about a half hour before needing to head back to the gym.
D is back, but is doing computer work stuff. He is still planning on joining us at the club for dinner.

He did say he might fall asleep in his dinner, so I might be around a lot tonight.
The kids are getting some stuff ready to take with to have to play with during my class, which is kind of amusing. If I am playing inside, they'll have to go to the Junior Activities Room anyway, but whatever. They are packing a lot.
I'm going to make sure I have everything I need - hope the day continues to go well for everyone!
