:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

NOT!!!
:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: Brat! You scared me!!! :rotfl2:

I'm off to bed. Nighty night all!

Jen- I see you have already been over to my TR and left a message. Man your fast. Must be hiding out on the puter, ;) from MOTHA.

When is the next interview? Now is your old house on the market? Did you ever answer me if you gave your notice. I am a bit worried about you and Motha. I don't want to turn on the Today show and see some standoff happening in NM, with a Pork Eating, Jewish Motha who scolds her grown daughter and is in trouble for child labor issues. KWIM... Xanex won't help that situation. ;)

Jodi- Do you work for the ZOO? Holder of annual passes? Have a relative who works in the Elephant care area? ;) My ds' friends dad is the director of our zoo... or something like that. I know that they are ALL about the ZOO! Just like you! Hey I rhymed, I rhymed! :banana:

Anyone heard from T today? I hope grampa is hanging in there.

Tanya- WHAT DID YOU DO ON YOUR DAY OFF? (she is in hiding...top secret mission). :laughing:

Love the pics everyone!!!! The zoo meet looked like a great time! And NM looks really pretty.

We had a really bad storm before, my poor cat was buggin' out! Loud thunder and constant lightning. Not so much fun, but the cieling hasn't caved in so thats a plus!

I just had some peanut butter chocolate chip bread that I made today (w/ strwaberry preserves) and now I am going to watch So You Think You Can Dance and pass out!

it;'s off to the see the family tomorrow and we got a small reprieve, we are going out to dinner with out mu aunt (shes the one who gives me stress, and everyone else actually). So thats a plus!

Night all...don't talk too much while I can't get online!!! :hug:

Wish we had a Frontal shot... Maybe she is going for that "Business in the Front.. PARTY in the Back look"....:
Ok, that comment made me spit on the monitor! :lmao:
And it paid off! As of today that 2.5lbs. are gone again... along with another 2lbs.!!!
Dude, you ROCK!!! I've still got 5 pounds to go and .... EEK!!!! only 4 weeks to do it! :faint:
Hi all. Not much time here. We have already been to the eye doctor and to the pharmacy. We still have an appointment for Bug at 2. Then an appointment at 3 for Nana. I have pulled her from detasseling because her legs, face, and arms are all broke out with pus filled bumps and red blotches. It burns and itches and she could hardly move yesterday. I think it is more than just corn rash and want her out of the fields and to a doctor.
Mel-Glad it went well for you and hope the eye looks better soon.
Ewww! That doesn't sound good! :scared:
OMG!!! I so can't wait!!!!!
I can't believe I forgot the camera today! I pulled it out of my backpack and left it on the counter! D'oh! :headache:
Hi to everyone else, just trying to catch up on lunch and haven't been on since Monday.
Hi Mo! :wave:

Heres pictures of Charley,,,thats his name for today,,we`ve been through, Sammy, Henry, Wally, Billy,

IMG_1291.jpg

Too cute! I like Henry... or how about Waldo?? :rotfl2:
Errrr of course BTW we won't be going next August, but..................... David said today about going August 2010
Ooh... we're going for 2 weeks in August 2010! ;)
I don't run.
Not even if you were being chased by flesh eating Aliens? :confused3

I think that was mine. I don't think of her as a baby though so I was confused at first.
Oops... sorry. I mean big girl. :rolleyes1 ;)

Today, I said, "I didn't yell at you. I said I don't appreciate it when you answer me like that." He said, "Like what? You never shut up so I CAN answer you!"

OMG. Who is this kid?

MEL
Ok, now I'm worried. My 6 year old speaks like that. Although I did steal your "I don't argue with children" line and it seems to work like a charm. It's almost skerrrry! :lmao:
How are you feeling?
DS took sooooo many pictures today and I'm not at all comfortable in my storytelling abilities (or punctuation skills, thanks V) so I will just add a comment above each picture.
:rotfl2:
OMG! It's a picture of two Fockers!

Whoo hoo!! I love to read about Focker meets! And yes, I too am a bit jealous. :rolleyes:
:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: Brat! You scared me!!! :rotfl2:

I'm off to bed. Nighty night all!
Dude, as if! :rotfl2:
Anyone heard from T today? I hope grampa is hanging in there.

Grampa in enroute home as I type. Spoke with my Auntie today and she wants me to come tomorrow to the house. I hope Gramps gets his rest soon.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So today was Botox Party Day!! :banana: Sadly I forgot my camera but I'll do my best to create a visual.
The office doors opened at 9am and they started stampeding in for their fix. All the Orange County wives and some dudes showed up. I was a bit shocked to see that. Most of them had an awesome sense of humor about it. They joked about their "frozen" faces. There was one lady who said if her husband found out, he'd be really upset as be prefers the "natural" look. I almost choked as she had enough make-up to make Tammy Faye jealous. The natural look, please. :rolleyes: I was able to observe the Dr. doing the procedure on this patient. The needle is teeny tiny and I watched as they made the patient make faces and then the Dr. would inject the Botox into the folds. You can't see results right away, as you have to give the product time to "paralyze" the nerve. :sad2: CRAY-ZAY!!
:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
NOT!!!
OMG...:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
T---you look refreshed!
Jen- I see you have already been over to my TR and left a message. Man your fast. Must be hiding out on the puter, ;) from MOTHA.
When is the next interview? Now is your old house on the market? Did you ever answer me if you gave your notice. I am a bit worried about you and Motha. I don't want to turn on the Today show and see some standoff happening in NM, with a Pork Eating, Jewish Motha who scolds her grown daughter and is in trouble for child labor issues. KWIM... Xanex won't help that situation. ;)
The next interview is on Friday. My house is one the market. And yes, I gave notice.
I'm a bit worried about me and the motha. We are best friends...as long as we don't occupy the same space. And I feel bad saying that...because I'm so lucky to have her in my life. BUT...we don't gel. We are freakin' oil and water.
I am paying her for living here...a VERY generous sum. I could probably pay less rent. But, I of course, should not be here for free. So, I owe her that. I am buying all of Jon and I's food and misc. items. I would never want to take advantage. And I am so grateful that she is letting us stay here until I find a house. But really...I am going to die. I swear it. She is going to kill me. And poor Jon...he is tired of seeing she and her hubby fight...and he says it's not fair that she doesn't have to do anything while we slave.
Remember...we had my brother's baby shower here this past Saturday. So, "we" were supposed to clean the house for the shower. did "we" clean the house? Nope. I did...and Jon as well. It's just getting old. I feel sort of like she's taking advantage of the situation. She's pulling the "Well, it's my house" card. and she's right. It is her house. But, don't invite me to stay and then make it impossible for both of us.
I'm going to die.
V---any advice???
:lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2:
You sure you wanna quit T? Will they let you go back occasionally for our entertainment???
Well then I"M NOT GOING EITHER:mad:
What when I don't go to WDW or when I do go???? :rotfl2:
Well back from the doctor and will be heading out for Bugs swim lessons soon. The doctor said the rash was infected. She gave us some meds and wants Nana to come back on Monday. She also did not seem to convinced it will be cleared up by the time we go to WDW and Nana has her first set of Senior pictures taken
Poor thing hope it clears up quickly!
What am I missing? GIRLS WEEKEND?????? ME ME ME ME ME! I don't bite, can I come????? It's not in AUGUST is it? Death-gust hot-gust?
As Janet said there is a meet planned for next October, I can't go to that one though :sad1:
The other morning I told her to do her chores and she said " screw that ,mama". Her brother got in trouble for that one.He said it on the phone to a friend and she listens to EVERYTHING!
OMG Amy :eek: She is a rascal isn't she :rotfl2:
Rachel said" No,the pink looks like medicine I threw up."She really wasn't being ugly, she just says whatever she thinks
Sorry but :rotfl2: and Rebekah does look so grown up now and so brown too!
I still think you should name him Hollis.....
Love it :rotfl2: Great zoo photos too!
whilst I took BA to the hairdresser, the pup chewed hunks out of my new coffee table AND chewed the cord off my iron. Ab was supposed to be watching him but fell asleep. I'm really ticked-------and I'm NOT getting enough of an apology to suit me.
Has she apologised yet???
Thought I'd show ya'll where I'm living now.
It looks very mexican, not what I pictured!
The whole gang.
Cute and I loved the holding hands photos, so cute, looks lke you had a wonderful day!
I need help............
Ab has had neck pain for over 2 weeks.........can't get to sleep .........I took her to a chiropractor today.....never been to one but heard good things about this one.
He said her neck was not curved right...looked like a whiplash but we've had no accidents. He did a ice pack, TENS and alignment.
Now she REALLY hurts. What do I do? Supposed to go back tomorrow and Fri.
Any experience out there??
I say to let them know about the pain, hope it works out!
My mom is giving me for graduation a plane ticket for me to take a long weekend trip.
So where are you thinking of going????
In fact, we ran into a lady I know from church and while I took my DD4 to the bathroom (for about the 4th time!!!!) she asked Carla how we knew each other. I think she was a bit shocked when Carla told her we met online!!!
Oh that is funny :rotfl2:
Night All ! See ya'tomorrow!!
Morning Rosie :goodvibes
Jon already is reponsible for the dogs, the bedroom, making the beds, cleaning the tubs, folding some laundry, putting it away, and vacuuming. It's enough...and last time I checked...I gave birth to him, and it's my gift to tell him what to do. Although I think he should have to listen to her...so I had to confront her out of ear shot about making him into a mini-slave. Apparently, because he doesn't vacuum the whole house every day, he doesn't have enough to do.
OMG I can't believe Jon has to do that much :faint:
I GOT BOTOXED!!! WANNA SEE????
OMG T :rotfl2:
Have fun Kat!
Ooh... we're going for 2 weeks in August 2010!
Really? :yay:
Grampa in enroute home as I type. Spoke with my Auntie today and she wants me to come tomorrow to the house. I hope Gramps gets his rest soon.
Ewwww :eek:
I've got so much to do today yet here I am DISing! I'm leaving for my Dad's in the morning but have nothing done at all, I also need to do silly things like buy the car insurance that is due a few days after I get back!
Tomorrow at the beach near Dad's they're having a big airshow, they have it every year (one year we were there a Harrier Jet crashed into the sea in front of us :eek: the pilot was fine though!) it's normally quiet good and the Red Arrows always perform which is good! Hopefully we'll get there in time!
hey fockers!!!! i'm at work, just caught up reading and now there is work to do.
i'm halfway thru new moon, it's soooo addicting!!!
so better get workin.................................
hopefully be back later!
And trust this...THIS Jen can't stand to be with the motha forever. This is only while house hunting. We have officially been at each other's throats 3 times today. Ya' ready for this:
1. I cook real food, not egg white omelets and lean cuisines. SO, the motha hasn't lost any weight in the past weeks. Me, on the other hand...I'm down 5 pounds from the sheer nagging of my motha.
2. I slammed the door. That's right, I slammed the door. Not because I was channeling some teenage attitude. But, because the door to the room I stay in is broken, and if you don't slam the door, it pops back open. I was ordered not to slam the door and to place something heavy in front of the door to keep it closed. And if I slam the door again, I will have to replace said door. :rolleyes:
3. She began ordering Jon around like a slave and I put a stop to it. Jon has chores at home, and he has chores here. My motha...is a lazy bum. there, I said it. Her hubby cleans the house while she is fanned and fed grapes...well, practically. So, she added to Jon's chore list without asking me...ordered Jon to start cleaning the kitchen. Jon already is reponsible for the dogs, the bedroom, making the beds, cleaning the tubs, folding some laundry, putting it away, and vacuuming. It's enough...and last time I checked...I gave birth to him, and it's my gift to tell him what to do. Although I think he should have to listen to her...so I had to confront her out of ear shot about making him into a mini-slave. Apparently, because he doesn't vacuum the whole house every day, he doesn't have enough to do.
Please God...I need a job so that I can move out.
And I need a new prescription for Xanex!
:hug: :hug: :hug: :hug: :hug:
DH, son #1 and I moved back in with my mom after we left DC and were looking for a place to live. DS was 2. It was BAD. In fact, it's a miracle we speak at all now.
Hang in there. Hopefully tomorrow will pan out and you can get to house hunting next week. :goodvibes
I GOT BOTOXED!!! WANNA SEE????
OMG, T!!!!!!!!!:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:
Again, botulism in the face? I don't get it. :confused3 I think I'll take my wrinkles.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Great photos of the meet at the zoo. I love the two kids taking pictures of each other taking pictures.

Morning Rosie! What is new?

Angela- I agree, T's job is way too fun! She even gets to witness a live soap opera!

T- What will you do with your time after you leave this place???

Jen- :hug: x100. You need them. Keep your head up. Don't be afraid (which I doubt you are) to fight back with the Motha! I am shocked you ahve to pay to stay there! I totally see buying groceries and even throwing some cash at her for extra utililities...but rent? She is your Motha...she is supposed to help you out! You are moving closer to her... she should be happy and much more helpful!

I'll get down now. It is a bit slippery up here. :)

Jo- The beach and air show sound fun for the family! Ummm... Does this mean that we aren't going to "see" you until you get back? How long are we talking? We need to know when it is okay to send the search troops out. Btw... Your sister will be in NYC next fall, right? You fly yourself there and it will be a hop skip and a jump from there!;)

Like others have said, many times it will feel worse before it gets better. Try a heating pad and some tylenol or advil.!

Why don't you all come here to MN...we can got to the MOA (Mall of America), I can show you a good time! Any takers? boo hoo no one likes MinneSota.

Oh no, I defiinitely want to go to the MOA. They have a QVC store:lovestruc

Yes I have been know to change majors a few times.

Been there, done that...changed my major 5 times ::yes::

I think she was a bit shocked when Carla told her we met online!!!

You are going to be the talk of the church at services on Sunday:lmao:

Going to get a bowl of soy ice cream. I have enough pts left for the day and God knows, I've earned it.

Everyone deserves ice cream:thumbsup2

And trust this...THIS Jen can't stand to be with the motha forever. This is only while house hunting. We have officially been at each other's throats 3 times today.

:hug: :hug:

Charlie had a great nite! Steve cant believe its the same dog that he had last night! he called me at work twice ready to bring him back to the pound! :eek: hes going to be a mommas boy

I think all dogs are like that, tend towards one person more than the other:confused3 I know Tinkerbell goes with Jim and listens to him more. I think it is because he is the one who is with her the most, KWIM?

As for the animal names, it's only the elephants' names I know. The Indy Zoo is really proud of it's elephant herd and was the first to successfully breed elephants using artificial insemination. They've had four successful births in the past eight years, so the elephants have been in the news quite a bit. The local NBC afflilate and the newspaper had a "Name the Baby" contest for the two most recent baby elephants born. I submitted a name for the one born on my birthday two years ago, but I didn't win! There's also a whole section of the zoo's website all about the elephants, which I've read more than once to answer DD4's elephant questions!

I guess we will have to come there to see elephants. They are moving the elephants out of the Philly Zoo. Not enough money to build them the space they need. One has been moved to a reserve in Tenessee and the other 2 are being moved out to the midwest somewhere. Jimmy is so sad - they are his favorites:sad2:

Jimmy would love this. We took him to see the Blue Angels, which I think are the equivelant of the Red Arrows(?) and he was in awe!

Good Morning all. THanks for not chatting to much last night. We wound up getting a babysitter and going out to the local drinking establishment to play Quizzo (Trivia). We went with out neighbors and had a really good time. We came in second!:thumbsup2

It is a miserable day right now, but it is supposed to clear up and be a beautiful day...which means nothing when I stuck in work all day :sad2:

Woohooo, any prize for second?

Well I've got loads done, I saved $140 on my car insurance by doing a search and then phoning my insurers, I've bought AA (AAA) cover for my car and only had to pay $30 thanks to a great money saving website, I've booked the cab to the airport and back, been to the grocery store to buy David his meal for 1 for when I'm away :rotfl2: We're emptying the girls pool as I type and then I'm off to pick Jess up from school and go shopping (she needs a new school skirt) as they have vouchers to spend then it's straight to Choir where they're rehersing for their concert, I still haven't packed anything for Dad's yet though :rotfl2:

Mel- So far we've avoided too much back talk. I think because B's afriad I really will bust out my "go go gadet arm" and bop her on the head! ;) :lmao: She's thinking about sassing me, though. I can tell. :scared:
Dawn: Your go go gadget arm made me LAUGH! HA! Yeah, mine still respond to "the look" but lately the older one has been testing me to see if I'll bite! He's been warned....we'll see.

Ok, now I'm worried. My 6 year old speaks like that. Although I did steal your "I don't argue with children" line and it seems to work like a charm. It's almost skerrrry! :lmao:
How are you feeling?
Right!? Right!? It DOES work....
I feel ok. Thanks for asking. :hug: My eye looks bad and it's sort of scratchy feeling, but I think it's healing ok.

No Jo for over a week? I don't think we can do that! You will check in, right?
GOOD for you for saving money! Go Jo! :woohoo: More money for Disney!
Have a fun and safe trip to your Dad's.

--------------------
OK, my MIL woke me up out of a sound sleep at 8 am. Why does she call so early!? ARGH.
My eye is red, and scratchy but it's healing I think. My restrictions are for 2 weeks though, so the kids will be helping with housework and they're not happy about it! Fortunately, that doesn't matter..... :rotfl:

I hope everyone is having a good morning. It's cold out here, but I love the cool weather! I'm sure all over MI right now people are saying things like, Why is it so cold!? Wish it would warm up! NOT ME....I opened all the windows wide! Love the cool weather...hate the hot. :confused3

I'm going to make some breakfast now!
MEL:banana:

I'm sitting up stairs while the kids are watching Disney cartoons..."waiting it out" whilst my DH goes in and out and in and out and in and out... of the house. His normal AM routine. He FORGETS what he is doing or needs and needs to go in and out and in and out and in and out until he is finally satified and leaves for work! Unfortunately after he does finally leave the house... he often comes back for SOMETHING he has left behind...?

DRIVES ME NUTS! :rolleyes1

So I stay away while he does his little routine. :)

So I don't kill him. KWIM.;)

Jo- Your on your way to savings for meeting next Oct. ON YOUR WAY! :)

Mel- Old people are up and at um so early, that 8 AM seems like late morning to them! Tell you to not call before 9, unless there is an emergency!

O.k. that is funny.

We had a really bad storm before, my poor cat was buggin' out! Loud thunder and constant lightning. Not so much fun, but the cieling hasn't caved in so thats a plus!

Glad you all made it through the storm. Here is a :hug: for the family storm you will have to make it through now. Glad the dinner will give you a break.

So where are you thinking of going????

Tomorrow at the beach near Dad's they're having a big airshow, they have it every year (one year we were there a Harrier Jet crashed into the sea in front of us :eek: the pilot was fine though!) it's normally quiet good and the Red Arrows always perform which is good! Hopefully we'll get there in time!
I am hoping after the WDW meets this year we decide to do the adults FWF meet next year. If so, that is what I will use it for. If not I will have to look and decide. Maybe NY, Kat you got room on the couch for a Focker?

OK, my MIL woke me up out of a sound sleep at 8 am. Why does she call so early!? ARGH.

MEL:banana:
Work them boys (insert smilie with a whip here). I am with you on the cold. I am loving not running the air. The other night my family was mad that I would not make a dinner that needed the oven. I told them I was not making my house all hot and needing the air on. Glad you are feeling better.
*******************************
We have played some board games this morning. The kids are on a game kick. I also made my yummy fried banana pancakes. The kids love them. Even Nana will eat them with out an attitude, and at 17 she is usually all about the attitude :headache:. We are going to spend time outside enjoying the cool weather while it lasts.

It looks very mexican, not what I pictured!

I love you Jo. Ummm, I do live in NEW Mexico. :confused3 Just sayin'. We share a border with Mexico. We were originally part of Mexico...you wouldn't know that though. I forgive you since you are from across the pond. :lmao: But, not the whole town looks like that. There are "non-mexican" buildings here too! ;)

OMG I can't believe Jon has to do that much :faint:

Well, some of that is his normal routine. I'm a mean mom. There, I said it. I make my son learn how to clean a house. His wife will thank me later...I just know it. But...I think he has enough to do. I'm mean...but I'm not THAT mean...KWIM? She just takes it above and beyond!!

Welcome to my world. It's not that I think it's unfair...it's that I feel she is taking advantage...KWIM? Because she knows I don't have a choice until we find a house.

Ohhhh...is that that electronic game where you play against everyone else? We played that at a bar in Amarillo once. SOOOO fun. Even more fun when you're three sheets to the wind!!! ;)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well, one of Jon's friends is coming to Albuquerque this morning. He is so excited to see someone from "home." so, I'm not sure what we'll do, but Jon is soooo happy.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.
Caveat: I only made back a couple pages, so my apologies if I've missed something! :flower3:
1. I cook real food, not egg white omelets and lean cuisines. SO, the motha hasn't lost any weight in the past weeks. Me, on the other hand...I'm down 5 pounds from the sheer nagging of my motha.
I've got the opposite thing going - Gramma loads up on junk (cookies, cakes, chips, etc.) and if junk is in the house, I eat it. :sad2: I had no problem maintaining my weight until SHE moved in. She's no longer allowed to keep the junk in the kitchen. I'm guessing she has a closet full of Oreos in her room, but so long as they're out of my sight, it's all good! :rotfl:
My motha...is a lazy bum.
Okay, it's official - we really ARE twins! Only Gramma doesn't have anyone else do her cleaning - she just lives with it. :scared: It's gotten so I won't use the hall bathroom anymore (that she and Leo share, though Leo showers in my bathroom) because she hasn't cleaned it in MONTHS! And her room? OMG, you literally can't see the floor - papers and piles everywhere. She's been like this as long as I can remember.
I GOT BOTOXED!!! WANNA SEE????
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Good one T!
We had a really bad storm before, my poor cat was buggin' out! Loud thunder and constant lightning. Not so much fun, but the cieling hasn't caved in so thats a plus!
:rotfl: Kat, I have to laugh becuase it's become a saying for me each time we make it through summer unscathed... "Another hurricane season down and the roof's still attached!" :cheer2:
Dude, you ROCK!!! I've still got 5 pounds to go and .... EEK!!!! only 4 weeks to do it! :faint:
Thanks T! Sadly, one of them came back this morning. :guilty: But now I know I can make it go away again! 5 lbs., 4 weeks? No sweat - YOU CAN DO IT!!!! :cheer2:
Ooh... we're going for 2 weeks in August 2010! ;)
Oh crap - we've only got a year off and then we're back to August again?! ;)
And poor Jon...he is tired of seeing she and her hubby fight...and he says it's not fair that she doesn't have to do anything while we slave.
:hug:
V---any advice???
Oh Jen, I wish I did! :hug: I feel rather like I'm walking a tightrope these days - one minute we're talking and friendly, the next Gramma's criticizing something I've done. It's hard, but I've found I can tolerate the situation better if I just do stuff on my own without telling her about it. See my post today on the FockerFest thread for evidence of that. :rolleyes:
Again, botulism in the face? I don't get it. :confused3 I think I'll take my wrinkles.
I'm with you - too skeery for me! I'll stick to creams, thanks.
It is a miserable day right now, but it is supposed to clear up and be a beautiful day...which means nothing when I stuck in work all day :sad2:
Here too - isn't it weird how often our weather is alike?!
Well I've got loads done, I saved $140 on my car insurance by doing a search and then phoning my insurers, I've bought AA (AAA) cover for my car and only had to pay $30 thanks to a great money saving website, I've booked the cab to the airport and back, been to the grocery store to buy David his meal for 1 for when I'm away :rotfl2: We're emptying the girls pool as I type and then I'm off to pick Jess up from school and go shopping (she needs a new school skirt) as they have vouchers to spend then it's straight to Choir where they're rehersing for their concert, I still haven't packed anything for Dad's yet though :rotfl2:
:faint: You go, Jo!
