Was I supposed to click the link in the email, cuz I did and it took my to ticketmaster which said there are no tickets.... I quickly googled for presale tickets and ended up ticketnetwork.

I don't know what website I'm supposed to be on and when I finally found some to purchase I couldn't find where you put in the code. Cheapest was $116. Can anyone help me???

ticketnetwork is a scalper/secondary market. aka a reseller. Ticketmaster is where you should have started. if it says there are no tickets it usually means that the presale is sold out.

At this point you have to try the general sale for your show.

No pre sale tickets for me. I will have to cross my fingers and pray for public sale on Friday. I had to work so I leftmy dad in charge of getting tix. I laid everything out for him and the presale code didn't work. I think he found it was because he was clicking on red presale tix instead of Taylor swift.com pre sale tix. So disappointed.

there is no amex code needed. just go down to where it says amex presale and there is no coupon box or anything. Look at another city before your city goes on sale to get a feel...For me, amex gave better seats than the TS code. I wanted expensive, amex gave those, TS gave cheaper seats...

So for Fridays sale, where do I need to be when they go on sale??? Ticketmaster at the page that says there are no available tickets at this time, then refresh and it should show me the boxes to choose amt of tickets, price, best available etc??

For Friday just go to www.ticketmaster.com and search Taylor Swift ford field - or whatever venue she is at. You can do it now, you will see here pic and the venue. Over to the far right there is something call MORE INFORMATION - this area will say get tickets at 10 on Friday. So be on this page, with your venue, seeing more information and then refresh at 10 on the button. GET TICKETS pops up - click it and GO! But go into another venue now to see what their screen looks like

I never got an email with the presale code for Tampa. I'm so irritated. I went back to her website to make sure that I had signed up correctly. Even checked my junk mail...no luck. Ugh!

For the amex presale, yes you would need an amex to access them. but you are able to access the other presale if you have one of the other codes.
For the general sale you do no need any code. you shoudl be on ticketmaster and the page for the concert you want before the general sale starts. Ititally the page will say tickets are no available. right at the on sale time refrsh your page and then it will give you an option to select the number of tickets, section etc.

Once their server thinks a bit you will have to enter a verification code, then it will search for tickets. If tickets are available that match your criteria (location, price, etc) you will have about 5 mins to pay.

I do suggest if you have a ticket master account to be signed in before you start the process as if you get flustered 5 mins can go by very quickly. ALos, if your credit card isn't stored on ticketmaster be sure to have it handy.

I tried for Sacramento right at 10:00:00 per time.gov.

I was "offered" 3 NOSEBLEED seats for $100 each. I'm talking upper level, back of the back - for top price. Ummm...no thanks. I would have expected those seats to be the under-$50 seats. If the under-$50 seats aren't those, where the heck are they? In the restrooms?????

If I can't get at least better seats for the money, or the cheap seats, on Friday then I'm just going to take it as a sign from the universe that DD12 isn't meant to go to a big concert yet. And I'm OK with that !

I was toying with the idea of taking DD as we got a code from the steeler season ticket waitlist. I was able to pull up floor seats with that code about 5 mins ago. But the date won't work for us.

I desperately wish we could go then as DD would love to be on the floor but it's not going to be possible. I am still going to wait for the newark presale.

Thanks so much for explaining this. I just went and took another look and it was there. Put in my code and I can get terrace seats (the highest tier) for $94 plus fees. Not sure... now that I finally got this to work. LOL! I might wait until Friday.

Or just skip the whole thing and buy One Direction tickets off stubhub.

Did anyone see good seats in pittsburgh?

I got fantastic seats. Had 4 computers going - 2 floor sets came up, 1 in the 100 section which I wanted b/c I dind't want floor yet they were still expensive like floor and another in the 200 range. Seats were plentiful under AMEX code for Pgh. I found the TS code not so hot seats.....I needed 5 tickets and got them. 94 was the base and some cheaper seats of 50 popped up later as well.

(i really should be working not spending all day on this board but you all are much more interesting than my inventory spreadsheets!)

your concert won't show up until right before the OSD. I am waiting for the Newark, NJ presale, which won't be until December sometime. If you search for that tour city (there are 3 nights); it doesn't show up either. Usually it's about 2 weeks to 10 days before the day the tickets go on sale. Your TS presale code will come as much as 2 days before the presale or the night before (which can be very stressful!).

We just paid $112 and $62 for TS tickets at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA. The tickets (presale) have sold out so fast that they just added a 2nd date on Fri, July 26th.

This will be the third TS concert we have attended- she is much better in person than on TV. Well worth the money if your daughter is a fan.

We tailgate before the show. The girls make posters and crafts. A camera crew visits the parking lot and some girls are picked for the front row/area. Lots of fun!

What time did you try? I was on exactly at 10....I got 5 in a row..how many were you shooting for?

It's interesting to see the different prices at each venue. I guess that is at the discretion of the venue itself?

Our lower bowl 100's were 125.00 a piece. Looking at the pricing chart for the venue, MOST of the tickets are the 125.00 price.. maybe 70%?

I got Foxboro tickets for the Friday night show with patriot season ticket code. $111 for each ticket section 139
