Taxi question??

I was just wondering if anyone knows the company that takes care of the taxi service in and around Disney?? Im looking to get a phone number or a website.. We need to use one the day we arrive to the airport so we can go get our marriage lisence.. And im wondering what costs are and such.. If anyone could help me that would be greatly appreciated!!!

Mears seems to have most of the taxi services in Orlando. http://www.mearstransportation.com/

You might want to check some of transportation services as well. One is a sponsor of these boards. I've never used a taxi or other transportation.

Probably your least expensive would be to rent a car. You should be able to rent a car at MCO and drop at Disney with no drop fees.

I've used taxis all around The World many times. Mears & Yellow Cab (I THINK it's Yellow Cab - someone please correct me if I'm wrong) are the official WDW taxi's - but there are many "gypsy" cab companies out there. I got one offsite once without knowing & paid $10 more than I would have, had I know to ask specifically for Mears or Yellow Cab.

You also can try calling Tiffany Towncar. The driver said they can take you anywhere.
