Taking time off

I have to go to a conference for my school for 4 days during the Spring, I was wondering if anyone knew how easy that'd be to get off? Also, I heard you can't take off the last week of the program, is this true? I was hoping to attend my graduation so wasn't sure how I needed to plan my arrival/departure dates. Do you depart in the morning on the date you pick or afternoon or does it just vary?

Once you start working you can request off in The Hub. It really depends on your area and its needs. You might have to do some shift giving/switching.

It is true you can't take off your last week. You have to be out of your apt by the day of your departure. I think they give you a time, but I don't remember. I moved out on my last day of work.

Dd's last day was a Friday and her last day of actual work was Tuesday (night). She was required to stay until Friday. She spent her last two days packing and having fun with her friends who were in the same boat.
