Take out from buffet at Trail's End?

Hopefully this is an easy question - Can you do takeout from the buffet at Trail's End?

Also, is it feasible to do takeout from WCC at WL? We'll have a cart but I know you can't take it all the way to WL, so I don't know how long that trip would take.

No buffet take outs. They do however have a small limited "take out" menu to select from,separate from the buffet .Mr. Goofy dayz are here again .

You can do take-out from Trail's End but it's a limited menu. It's from 12:00noon - 2:00 pm daily, 4:30pm - 9:30 pm Sunday thru Thursday, and 4:30pm - 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday.

They have:
Pizza $13.99 cheese and $14.99 pepperoni
The Lone Rider is a two-piece fried chicken dinner for $8.99
Giddyap and Go is a 10 piece fried chicken dinner for the family $19.99 (white meat $24.99)
Buffalo Chicken Strips $7.49
Nacho Chips $7.99
Mixed Greens and dressing $2.59

We did the Giddyap and Go for supper and it was pretty good. We got the white meat and it had 10 breasts (no wings), bucket of steak fries, slaw, and biscuits. My family of four got two meals out of it easily and the price is amazing for DisneyWorld standards.

Thanks, guys. I saw that they have a take out menu, but could see myself wanting a real salad to take back to the cabin with me. Guess I'll have to either eat there or live without a big salad.

Our last stay at the fort we did the take out white meat chicken with side orders. Fed us for two nights, biggest chicken pieces I've ever seen. Plenty of sides and cole slaw also.

You can get really nice salads at Roaring Forks Snack Bar at W.L. They are pre-prepared, but yummy & they have a nice selection of T. Marzetti Salad Dressings.

I guess this would be another opportunity to pipe up for a Food Court at FtW!!!

This last Jan 08, we also did the Giddy'n'Go and it was pretty good for the price and they took DDE on top of that. There were more fries than you could shake a stick at and the biscuits were pretty good as was the chicken. We got it on the way back from MK and reheated it a couple of hours later.

One time some years ago we got the pizza and didn't have them bake it and took it back unbaked and baked it a couple of hours later so it was hot.

I guess you could check with WL on take out and simply drive there, pick it up and bring it back to FW.

I'm surprised you didn't add anything else about TE. It's not my favorite either. Remember that we went to POP in December to eat at the food court there and then took to bus to MK. Ahhhhhh.

I've never eaten there. But I make the Twinkie Tiramisu from there a lot for baby showers and such~it is always a HUGE hit! I'll have to check it out next time.
