All I can say is "have you ever, EVER, seen anything cuter?"

And yes, she does have her mother's figure.:(

billysotherdad, the last CD I bought was for Daniel "Now 15". Hoppin' tunes.

The last one I bought for myself was Coldplay and I love it. Especially songs 4 through 8.

I don't have an all-time favorite. My music tastes are all over the place. Elton John, GunsNRoses, Kenny Loggins, Barry Manilow, Eminem, Justin Timberlake, Shania Twain, Seals &Crofts, Paul McCartney and Wings, I'm kind of crazy.

Gotta go do the contest thingie before I forget!! I'll probably even guess my own wrong. Hate these things!! heheheh But will be fun to see who is who!

I was worried about the same thing, but then I realized, heck, that's the only one I'm going to get RIGHT! I couldn't even get Nephosaurus and Nieceosaurus right! And, if you are in the contest, and picked you as a dinosaur, I'm sorry ahead of time!
LOL! :confused3 :scared:

Which one has your figure, the dog or the cute little girl?
Bahhhhaaaaaa :rotfl:
Yes, I know, bad one.....but I'm in one of my "moods" ;)

Danauk are you still out there?

I want to show you my landscaping challenge -
f88da28c.jpg

My goal is to landscape the entire perimeter. We bought this house 3 years ago. It is about 28 years old and the previous owners were the original owners. They had never planted anything. So I've been working on all the areas around the house the last couple years and am almost done with that part. Now I want to start on the backyard. The fence line on the left is 280' long. It's going to cost a lot of money to do this. Across the back is a little over 200' and then up the right side will be another 280'.

So this has to be done slowly obviously. I want it to be lined with bushes and trees and hostas and groundcover.

Suggestions?

Hey llebrekniT, awwwwww too bad, huh:

Syracuse 7, Louisville 2

The Associated Press
5/23/04 6:13 PM

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) -- Glenn Williams and Alexis Rios each drove in three runs to lead the Syracuse SkyChiefs to a 7-2 win over the Louisville Bats in the International League Sunday.

Williams doubled home a pair in the SkyChiefs' three-run third and homered in the seventh.

Rios singled home one run in the third and knocked in two with a single in the fourth.

Syracuse starter Josh Towers (3-0) allowed the two Louisville runs on only four hits in 7 2-3 innings.

Bobby Estalella singled home Russ Adams in the first inning to give Syracuse (18-26) the early lead.

Bobby Darula's double in the eighth inning scored the two runs for Louisville (19-24).

Louisville starter Matt Belisle (4-5) took the loss. He threw five innings, allowing six runs on 10 hits and striking out six.

llebrekniT what is your climate like in the summer and winter? We lined our drive with connifer trees, they are evergreen, some are yellow/green and some are a darker green. Would you like to grow fruit on the trees? Or how about some cherry blossom trees? You could have some feature shrubs to break up the line of sight. I love my corkscrew hazel in my back garden. I'll have a ponder on this one though.

Billysotherdad, I can tell you that the last CD I bought didn't include a dance track of "Take Me Out to the Ball Game". :p :p :p :p ;) ;) ;)

Actually, I went to Kohl's yesterday. Did I tell you that because I got 10 percent off for signing up for a credit card and another 15 percent off from one of those scratch off cards, I ended up getting $150 worth of merchandise for $65? :Pinkbounc I love a bargain. Tra-la-la.

Anyway, I bought their summer CD for $5.00 for Rob. He likes that Frank Snotrot and Nat King Cole type stuff. It's got Peggy Lee and Old Satchmo too.

llebrekniT You know I was just kidding ya about the dog thingie...got to admit you left yourself open for that one :)....the pic of Ella and Belle is absolutely adorable...and you forget...I've seen actual pictures of you so I KNOW you are not fat......I wouldn't kid you if I really thought you were....well, maybe I would, but not in THIS case

.....and what a GREAT backyard::yes:: I know you must love it there....spoiled much!

MUST......STOP........HARRASSING.......llebrekniT.........

QOTD: The last CD I bought was Now dance 2004 (full of chart tunes!).
My current CD in my car is Robbie Williams live at Knebsworth (I think most of my CD's in my car are by Robbie! This CD was recorded at the concert that I was at so I love to sing along!)

Since the yard is deep, watering is a pain.... Would you like to grow fruit on the trees?Yes, my idea was to have the fruit trees at the bottom of the yard, we have planted one apple tree, but it's sure not growing very fast. I want the fruit trees at the bottom so we don't have to deal with the kids running through any fruit that drops and doesn't get picked up. Or how about some cherry blossom trees? We planted one cherry blossom in the upper left corner, you can't see it in the picture, it's already gotten pretty big, I love it. You could have some feature shrubs to break up the line of sight.Exactly what I was thinking! But then again, honeysuckle bushes and forsythia are awful cheap... I love my corkscrew hazel in my back garden.OK, in the picture with Ella (you know, the adorably cute baby) is our corkscrew willow, is that the same idea? We loved it so much we put one on the left side of the yard next to the fence. It didn't get in the picture. I'll have a ponder on this one though.

Thanks and I'll be looking forward to more suggestions.

Who wants another picture?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Don't try and butter me up.;) I am very pick-on-able. Don't worry about offending me. Not much bothers me. All my faults and fats are out there in the open. I knew somebody would take a pot-shot at me over that remark.

Oh and just a reminder - it's pick on BichonBarb day!

Now back to Ella. Isn't she beautiful?:teeth:

And finally you got to see a better picture of Belle and her territory. See, they have it pretty darn good. Two tiny pugs in a big ol' yard.

Here's a better shot of the two of them. I'm going to have RRBB put it in the album if she ever comes back from paradise world.

And a super-close up of Belle

How about a vineyard?!?!? :drinking1 Sorry, I know--not very classy, but the smilies were out of wine glasses.

What am I doing here? I have three loads of laundry to fold. :(

P.S. Cute pic of Ella. :D

Nice try Barb. Taking shots at a Louisville loss was not a good plan though. Louisville is kind of like a rival to Lexington, which is the area I live in. So I don't shed any tears over any team in Louisville loosing. In fact, were I a beer drinker, I'd join you in a toast to their defeat.

Try again dear.

llebrekniT I'll take a picture of my corkscrew hazel to show you. How about planting some feature grasses for low cover. I have planted a few of these too as well as some bamboo plants. We bought the bamboos as young plants so they were cheep and they have grown quite well. Is there any way of running some type of irrigation system in. I know it might be expensive but we just ran some lengths of hose pipe around the garden with holes in. We just turn the taps on and the garden gets watered. How about browing some clamatis (sp?) down the fence? Over here they grow well and grow quickly. They cope with all sorts of climates and the flowers are pretty.

I'll keep thinking for you.

Vines are pretty too. I have a red and white grape vine climbing over my swing seat. No grapes yet though!! But the leaves look pretty.

QOTD: Last cd I bought was an oldie but goodie, Jimmy Buffet - A Pirate's Treasure - it doesn't contain my all time favorite Buffet song, "The Weather is Here, I Wish You Were Beautiful", but I love his rendition of "On A Slow Boat To China" when they throw the compass over the rail...splash! :teeth:

Believe me, I'm not a nutty Buffet fan, I mean I don't walk around with a silly parrot hat on my head or toss around an inflatable shark but I do love to listen to his cool tunes when I'm driving.....

On the other hand, I bought another copy of "Phantom of the Opera" at the same time.....gotta love that eerily beautiful music and needed one for the car as well as the house ::yes::
