Extra guest in our room on night 4 of the 5 nt stay. And a car

My adult stepson will join us on night 4 and then spend our last full day at Epcot with us. He is driving in from Tampa.
We are staying at the ASMusic family suites and have the bed space.


Is this something I need to deal with on day one/ If anyone has info I'd love to know as much as possible beforehand.
What I'd like to do is go directly to guest services during the morning of night 4, not sooner.

Put him in from day one as though he is staying the entire time. No need to explain why he didn't show until the last night. You and he won't have to worry!

Since it's a suite, I concur with MICKIMINI, only if it's a RO reservation. If you have a package reservation then you will need to add them as a "Day Guest" at the front desk upon check-in to avoid package issues.

I do have a room only reservation. I'd like to know how to arrange getting him the car pass for parking at the resort.
There is the issue of having to pay for another extra adult for all 5 nights as opposed to the 1 he truly will only be.

He just has to give your name and room number and say he's staying with you, and they should let him in. They don't give out parking passes anymore.

There isn't any additional charge to add an adult to the suite. The room cost is the same whether you have two adults or six.
