No, pantomimes have talking in them (plus singing and dancing). A pantomime is more to do with the story, they are based on fairy tales. They usually have some sort of costumed animal in them. Two years ago I played the back end of Buttercup the cow in our local panto. A cobler is a kind of dumpling bread cake.

Any guesses on a snicket? The therm is quite specific from Yorkshire where I am from. My DH is from Oxford and he didn't know what one was the first time my mum tried to give him dorections to the local shops (that might give you a clue)

Well it is nearly 11pm here so I guess I better be going to bed. I need to be up early tomorrow to make sure my car starts before going to work (did I mention that not only did my car not start this morning I had to get the caretaker to give me a jump start so I could leave work )
I'll catch up with all the gossip tomorrow after work. Tomorrow the boss is not in as she is at a meeting all day so the deputy is in charge which is good. She takes no nonsence and things get done when she is in charge. I have a lot of respect for her.

Hey guys, playing mom and dad this week. DH is tdy in MS (his old stomping grounds) Of course this is probably one of the busiest weeks known to man!! Sam's show is a week from Thurs and she pulled her back muscle during her rehersal. Oh no!! She is taking some Naproxin and resting. She will have her understudy do her part the next few days. Sam is stressing. Please send PD!

I'm nearly 40 and my mom still drives me batty.......sometimes she makes me want to pull my hair out but then I think of how lucky I am that someone loves me enough to still watch after me, even though I don't always appreciate her enough. Boy, I sure hope I don't drive Jordan batty when he's my age

Well, it's late and tomorrow is Cupcake Day at school and as Chair of that committee, gotta be there bright and early to collect the cupcakes in the carpool line. It's the kindergarten's turn to bring them and we'll sell them to the whole school during lunch tomorrow and Wednesday. We only make about $160 a month, but it's great fun and every little bit helps.
