Mean Queen, I enjoyed the report and you guys are adorable in your matching hats.
I have a very small stomach and can't eat much at a time so I didn't try very much at Epcot. I also didn't want to order food that might include meat that I do not eat. I only eat poultry and fish/seafood. Thanks so much for informing me about the cheddar cheddar cheese soup having bacon. I was really looking forward to trying it and would have been super annoyed if I discovered the bacon after I ordered it. My husband and son loved it. The menu did not indicate the bacon. I noticed that on a few other foods as well. My daughter and I were going to share a baked ziti but when she got it, there was meat all through it. She ate it and really liked it. I would have appreciated the menus indicating meat. I was feeling really sick that day from the sun and heat and should have eaten more than I did. I had the maple glazed salmon from Canada and like you, would have liked more maple glaze but it was cooked well. My husband and I shared a seafood gumbo. We liked it. My son had the crawfish dish and liked it. There were a few other soups I would have liked to try, but was afraid they may have a meat surprise in them.
Our day at Epcot was nice though. My mother loved Soarin and was surprised that it did not make her sick. We also enjoyed Living with the Land. We had fun trying the sodas from different countries in Club Cool. We spent some time checking out the creatures in The Living Seas. Loved the manatees. Of course Test Track was fun and I enjoy the ride in Norway. Someday I would like to see the American Adventure but my kids had no interest. That leaves it on the list for next time as well as Universe of Energy which we have not done. I shouldn't have told my kids it was 45 minutes. That made them want to run the other way.
