So my DS10 comes home from school this afternoon, and upon hearing the Disney music streaming from the computer, says "There's this kid at school that went to Disney World, and he rode Soarin' but didn't know what it was called. He said 'Yeah, it's this cool ride where you feel like you're hang gliding...' How can you ride something like that and not know the name of it?!" :rotfl: He couldn't get over that! Watch out for him all you up-and-coming young DIS gals - he's going to be a charmer and he knows his Disney stuff!:thumbsup2

Well, who fed you sour grapes today? :lmao: :goodvibes  (that was evil me speaking. Nice me would have never said that.)

:lmao: See? That's why I'm a SAHM now. The WOHM was always very grumpy after a day of not being able to play on the internet at work.

Sounds like a dream for my DD8. She just doesn't understand why people can't go to Disney as often as she does or think it's as great as she does. :confused3 We explained the first part (not everyone lives in FL) but we told her we haven't figured out the second part either.

Great pics, LegoMom. :thumbsup2 I knew you had some beautiful scenery where you are. Thanks for posting! And you're right ... I was in bed.

MeanQueen, I'm glad you got your project done and can work from home. Sounds like you have a fun job.

Thanks ya'll for keeping me in the loop while I work and sleep my sleep away. But guess what??? It's Friday for me. DH has a tee time Saturday morning, so I guess I'll just have to Dis extra long that day. :rotfl:

Did we wake you up with all our chatting?

I'm wearing my crocs this morning. Decided I would give them a test drive in the house. So far so good. :thumbsup2 I want more crocs just so I can get more of the little charms.:rotfl: They are really cute. I think I'm going to take my neice to look at the princess ones. Oh no...I feel a new obsession starting.:scared1: :lmao:

Prepare to become a Crocs addict. ;)

Happy birthday to your son LegoMom! :bday:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Smiley, you crack me up!...I just laughed out loud reading that!

Good morning DeterminedOne. So, I'm confused. (Don't let this concern you, I am constantly in a state of confusion.:lmao: ) Do you work tonight?

I'm still wearing my crocs. They have been on my feet all day. And my feet are happy.:thumbsup2 A serious question though. Do they stretch out when you have been wearing them for a while?

Good morning DeterminedOne. So, I'm confused. (Don't let this concern you, I am constantly in a state of confusion.:lmao: ) Do you work tonight?

:rotfl2: This third shift thing confuses me, too. I had an employee call in sick Sunday night and when that happens I have to put it on the payroll calendar. It took me a few minutes to figure out which day to put it on, Sunday or Monday. :confused3 Then ... I had to schedule a meeting between my team and the plant manager. They wanted the meeting scheduled for a Friday with Thursday as a back up. Once again, I was confused as to how to put it on the calendar. :sad2: Yesterday, I was trying to figure out which days I'll have to work during Christmas. We are off Christmas Eve, Christmas and the Day after. If I figured it correctly, we actually have to work Christmas Eve 'til 7:00 AM. I think that's right ... guess I'll just ask someone when the time comes. :rotfl:

So anyway, to answer your question - yes I have to work tonight at 11:00. At midnight it will be Friday.

Same with DD! (This really happened! No...she doesn't really say the abbreviations! )
DD: I'm going to MNSSHP on Friday (to friend)
Friend: Lucky! If you were staying in Cinderella's Castle, I'd really be mad.
DD: I'd have to win it anyway. princess:
Friend: Nah, you can buy a room.
DD: No you can't...
Friend: Yes you can!
DD: Nope! (Goes on explaining about YOAMD)
Friend: Okay fine...you'll be able to in 2008.
DD: No...YOAMD is continuing into 2008.
Friend:

DD is the Disney addict of the class.

Smileybug-No I don't think they stretch. Atleast mine haven't. But I do know that one of my Primas is bigger then the other, even though they both say the same size. :confused3

Yep!:goodvibes
I forgot to ask - How was your Spa Day?
Told you I was out of the loop. :rolleyes1

It was nice and relaxing. At first, I wasn't so sure about the hot stone massage. I kept thinking, I'm paying someone to stick hot rocks in my hand and on the back of my neck? But after the initial shock of being randomly burned, I started to relax. The facial was nice, they put my hands and feet in hot mitts while they did the facial. Then they did the pedicure. I can't wait to have another day like it.

I know what you mean about not being sure about the stones at first. When I laid down on top of the rocks they were poking me in the back and they were super hot. I kept thinking to myself - how the heck can I relax with hot rocks poking me the whole time. But once I readjusted the way I was laying it felt great.

Glad you had a nice time! :thumbsup2 Hope it's not too long before you get more pampering.

Well folks, I'm off to work! Sweet dreams. :cloud9:

GOOD MORNING YA'LL!!
I HOPE YOU ARE ALL HAVING A WONDERFUL START TO YOUR FRIDAY!!

Good morning all you happy people!:wave2: I'm really happy it's Friday because the kids have no school today so we got to sleep in!! (ok everyone say it with me: "woot-woot!":rotfl: )

My DS-soon-to-be-8 (!) is having a couple of friends over tonight so I have to get ready for that today; clean up the house, make the cake, wrap his gifts...

DeterminedOne, I'm taking my camera when I go out for errands in a bit, so if I see any nice shots I'll take a few for ya!

SmileyBug, did you take the crocs off to go to bed?...:rotfl2:

Well my kids are looking for breakfast so I guess maybe I should attend to that instead of DISing....:rolleyes1
