I have to say, this is one of my most fun threads to catch up on. I read it and feel like we're all old friends and I'm listening to our banter as we all meet for coffee or something. It's just great.

PaMom, I'm with you, Halloween is my favorite holiday. I'm an October baby, so I'm obsessed.

LegoMom, I don't even know what to say except that if I came to visit, I would be very, very scared of the menagerie going on your backyard.

Smiley, did I read 14 trees? Wow. I thought we were bad, we have four or five. In 1100+ sq. foot apartment. Now ask me how many of those were free.

Sadiedog, how are you feeling? I know your sinuses were bothering you a while back. I still have this lingering cough from when I was sick, but other than that I feel fine. I'm really hoping it goes away before I go to Disney.

Tonight, however, I'm getting my hair cut! At a fancy expensive salon I rarely go to! And I'm jonesin' for a big change. It's exciting and scary!

Its a minor oral surgery. So I'll be in lala land while it is happening. My wisdom teeth haven't cooperated in any way. Its kinda of funny though. I'm 48 cutting a tooth and drooling.

I had all four of mine removed when I was in college. And they were all impacted, so I went under for the procedure. Way too much for me to handle awake. Funny story, I was so nervous, my blood pressure was through the roof when I got there. They actually had to give me laughing gas to calm me down before they could administer the anesthetic.
