That he's not the family friendly American Idol contestant any more. I didn't find it any more over the top than Madonna, Britney (Madonna with Britney) or Lady Gaga. But I do wish my DD didn't stay up to watch the performance. I don't think the audience knew what to make of it. I think a lot of the performers sounded pretty bad last night. Except for those obviously lip synching.

Morning, Smiley! I am happy to report that the little man is doing better. He got some solid sleep last night, and the fever has gone down, although he felt a tiny bit warm so I gave him some Tylenol this morning. Hopefully by this afternoon he'll be right as rain.

Thanks Smiley!... It actually is doing quite a bit better than it was last week. I've stopped taking any pain meds for it, as I found that when they wore off, I didn't need more. I still can't hear out of that ear, but I think when all the swelling is down, that'll be fixed.

And Happy Thanksgiving to you, too! So, what's it like to have Thanksgiving surrounded by 16 Christmas trees?!

TK - glad the little man is better!

Hey ya'll.


There will be pictures this year. Just give me until next week. I still have 2 trees to decorate. And it is not going to happen until after Thanksgiving. I have to finish cleaning house and start cooking tomorrow. We are hosting the Thanksgiving dinner this year. I could use any exta happy thoughts ya'll have. I am so tired. I didn't realize just how stressful the last few months have been. Getting everything back on track with the business has really taken an emotional toll on me. It is taking me forever to get things done. But I'm getting it done!!!!
