Can't send my Email to Member Services

What am I doing wrong? When I got to the end of my Email to MS regarding requests for an upcoming trip, the button to "Cancel" was highlighted, but not the "Send button". I tried to push the button anyways, but it didn't work regardless of what I did. This is frustrating. What am I doing wrong, or not doing?
 
I just tried this as a test.
Since the form was mostly pre-filled in, I skipped down to fill in the message. And I had your situation.
Then I noticed that I didn't fill in the 2 email boxes. After that both the cancel and done buttons were available.
Maybe double check?

Thanks, but I thought of that, so I cleared the Emails (I'd put them in) and typed them in again. Still no luck. The only thing is that I put in part of the Email, then the whole thing came up and "self-populated" into the spot. I wonder if I should have ignored the self-populating and typed in the whole thing.
