Another Brenda? We can barely handle the first Brenda!

:duck: :duck: :duck:

Your review is most fun to read!

More, More!

:goodvibes

More's on the way!

....

"Noone is likely to mess with someone who is Piglet-sized if she's traveling with a Wookie" should be your tag! :rotfl2:

Maybe I'll change it!

Hey, I found your link hanging out on a pretty raunchy street corner....;) (pitiful pimp reference)

Great review so far! Were you totally solo for the trip or just sans husband?

True story- Where I grew up there was an intersection at 69th & Pleasure. The Jersey Shore is a silly place!

Can't wait to read more of your reviews...I gotta say tho that pic of the irish dancer looked like she was a woman possessed LOL!! I found her scary! The food tho...yummy!

Irish dancing is pretty intense, for such a rollicking group of people. My Grandmom, and family keeper of Irish knowledge, said they had to dance like that with only moving their legs because the English didn't want the Irish to be dancing. I guess the English would just walk by a house, see some slightly bobbing heads and maybe think it was ye olde bouncyhouse?:confused3

Hey... The Friendies are here!!! :dance3::dance3::dance3::dance3:

............

There's 2 (or 3 or so :rolleyes1) of the Plankton's so far... I am the proud (what can I call myself...) guardian??? no... Custodian...no... I KNOW!!!! Bail Bondsperson for the second little green furry butt... Planky... who has moved from Bendy's house to mine.... He is set to travel with me yet again in Bendy's ever present evil plan to have lots of little green maniacal beings take over the world. Until then, he's just taking over my credit card and ordering off of QVC... :sad2::sad2:

....

"The Friendies are coming! The Friendies are coming!":rotfl:

And Frankly I'm a little terrifed that Plankton has been able to clone himself. Maybe I will bring the Wookie next trip...

Brava! I'm in! popcorn::

Hi! We also have jujyfruits in the back if your popcorn runs out.

Count me in too :thumbsup2

Great!

Signing up! I love me some witty food reviews :thumbsup2

Ack, now I have to be witty?!

Another Friendie here to ready to drool

It's a Friendie army! An army of the un-feed! Where is my boomstick...

I'm hopping on board too!

Welcome aboard! Drinks are being served on the lido deck.

Another friendie signing up!:thumbsup2

Any friendie of a friendie is a friendie of mine! Welcome!

One more dork signing in.....very enjoyable reviews so far, although I'm not quite sure that the world can handle another Brenda!

Oh my, that seems like a lot for me to live up to, you all seem to think alot of Brenda!

count me in...especially if you are reviewing booze :rotfl2:

There will be booze. There is one whole afternoon where all I really did was wander around WS watching the street shows raising my BAC level.

Another Brenda? We can barely handle the first Brenda!

:duck: :duck: :duck:

All you have to do is rub jam on my nose and shove me in a teapot, then I'm cool.

... I was brought here during a freak ion storm. I shaved off my goatee and attempted to assimilate into this world. I mean you no harm.

Seriously though, thanks for all the great feedback! I guess I come across like a Brenda mini-me? I will totally take that as a compliment because you all seem to love her. Either that or she had Plankton brainwash you all.:upsidedow And yes am fluent in many forms of dork: simpsons, spongebob, joss whendonese, dr. who, star trek, star wars, star search... it goes on. I'm just glad the babel fish is working and I'm coming in clear to everyone!:rotfl:

And to clarify because someone on here asked at some point inbetween storming in like a friendie arm- I do travel to WDW without my Spouse on 100% solo trips. He has never been to WDW, and probably never will go. If he's away from his MLB league pass for to long he gets hives. Someday we might knock me up so that I can have a traveling companion when it gets to be 7, but until then I'm fine on my own. That's kind of why I decided to register, I don't have any amigos who are into disney. They all grew up wthin 20 miles from DL so they are just too punk rock for that.

Next post: Columbia Harbor House!

Being an ex-jerseyite myself... I can definately believe that!!! (have you ever read Weird NJ magazine?)

& I do believe that the Planktons are 2nd cousins once removed from the famed Tribbles... :scared1:

Yet another friendie here! Bendy was one effective pimp, wasn't she? Love your reviews so far--but I have to admit my brain must have been on pause when I saw your Handsome Pete comment at Raglan Road. I thought, "Can Brenda's cat dance? And how does this person know that?" :rotfl:

I woke up really early and discovered the Cold Miser still had the Orlando area firmly in his icy clutch. I am so glad I brought mittens, living in Southern California really makes you a weather wuss.

Every morning I had the same thing for breakfast:

i eat the backpack for fiber

Little did I know that this daily breakfast would be my down fall at the end of the week. forebode

Moving on, I went to the MK that morning to get it out of the way. You see, I love WDW, but DL (the original park) is so much better than the MK.:duck: DL is 25% smaller with 33% more rides. So when I go to Florida now, I really don't need to spend that much time at the MK anymore. I still love MK, don't get me wrong and if nothing else I'm clearing out so that others who love it with every part of their mickey-eared soul can be a little less crowded.

Lunch was, as the title shows, at Columbia Harbor House. This is one of those places where I think if you don't know where the door is you can get really confused as to how you get in. I like eating here because the upstairs is usually not crowded and the food is something different than the neverendng Disney parade of burgers. Also, I grew up on an island so I really like the nautical theme.

you have to yell your order from up here
DSCI0072.jpg

I was planning on eating a big dinner, so I only ordered soup to warm me up. The server asked me if I would like some extra crackers and I seriously hit the jackpot.

chowdah!
DSCI0067.jpg

would you like some soup with your crackers?
DSCI0069.jpg

It was clam chowder, what can I say? It's not something that I get all too often where I live now so it was a nice treat. Soup was creamy, not gritty. Clams weren't overly chewy, but clams can't help but bit a little bit, ya know?

I sat in the area that is extends over the entrance between Fantasyland and Liberty Square. I had a view of them turning people away from the Haunted Mansion.

we got our 1000 ghost, no room for more- move along people
DSCI0068.jpg

I had actually just been on the Haunted Mansion and the Ghost Host's voice had been going out. It was like the end of The Emperor's New Groove "Is that my voice? Is that *my* voice?"

It was pretty empty at this time of day (11:30AM) so I took a few photos.

practice safe eating- always use condiments

If you haven't ever had a meal here before, I recommend it. It tend to get tired of burgers and hotdogs and this is a great place with a lot of different stuff. It's also in a really good location for getting out into the park after your meal to get on more rides.

Tune in next time for a meal at:
the Biergarten! Ticky tacky ticky tacky, hoy hoy hoy!

I love Columbia Harbor House!!! (especially the tuna sandwich...:lovestruc)

& who'sgirl... we need to be careful about Bendy pimping us out cause you know she needs to make money for her F&W trip.... :rolleyes1

Looks like this is gonna be good!! I'm joining in too:)

Hi! Happy to have you.:cool2:

Ohhhh wait until she gets back over here... :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Oh yes, I've read Weird New Jersey. Infact usually when I do or say something out of the norm my friends just roll their eyes and mutter "Jersey":rotfl:

Count me in!

Counted:wizard:

OMG, I had no idea until she said that her cat was named Handsome Pete.:lmao: My brother and I speak Simpson-ese to each other and reference Handsome Pete alot. "Who's your friend?" "Oh that's Handsome Pete. He dances on the pier for nickels".

I love the tuna sandwich at CHH!!!

You are awesome, I'm so thankful Bendy pimped you!

Ahh, the timeless joy of a food review written with a spark of genuine humor and wit... Delightful !

(Lisa: "Scanning for sarcasm... It's clean !" )

We await your next syllable with great eagerness...

Thanks for taking the time to write a great review.

I work for booze ... premium booze. :rotfl2:

Loved the CHH review ... the hubby and I often lunch there because it's one of the few places that still offers a tuna salad sandwich. Yum.

And you mentioned tribbles ... is there nothing you can't do? :thumbsup2

I'm loving your reviews :thumbsup2 Very funny and you've promised booze so I'm in :jumping1:
