arriving Oct 16 with ADR's at Planet Hollywood DTD lunch- does anyone have any thoughts on whether or not we MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT get a walk up at T Rex instead
I know they aren't taking resservations and I have heard so many bad things about PH - wouldn't it be amazing if we could eat at T Rex right after it opens? Our flight lands that morning around 10:15 so I figure we should be just in time for our 12:45 but I wanted to check out the map of where T Rex is located compared to PH maybe if we walk by it and could get in, I could bag the PH ressie

Am I dreaming? Think there will be long lines of people the first several weeks/months? We have MNSSHP that night so I want to be out of DTD and back to hotel to change into costumes by 3-3:30

No way to know.

I'd guess that since 1) it's brand new and 2) it's dinosaurs, it will be EXTREMELY popular.

If you can find out the time it opens for service, I'd get there then.

From the DIS link on the main page:

"The restaurant will operate 11am - 11pm on Sunday thru Thursday and 11am - Midnight on Friday - Saturday"

I'm crazy enough to hope for it. We will walk by and try it some time during our T-giving stay. My boys love dinosaurs. And it looks way cool!

I guess we'll know a little more in four more days when it opens. Hopefully, folks will report back here to tell us the scoop.

I checked the restaurant website, but they haven't listed any prices for their menu items ? I'm assuming they'll be around the same price as the Rainforest Cafe ? Anyone know ?
