We spent the afternoon watching Elvis and did some shopping both at the Forum and around Lake George !! There is a HUGE lack of Handicapped parking there and this got to be quite a problem as our Group couldn;t walk far!! But of course we managed !!One time I even stood in the middle of a Handicapped stop while Carol had to find somewhere to turn around to be on the right side :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Supper this night was at

We tried to get a carriage ride after supper but NO carriages so we went for a ride and then headed back to the Hotel for the night !!!
Once everyone was bathed , meds given and settled some of escorts would meet up from some recapping of our days , it was a lot of fun reliving everyone's day !!
More to come !!

Looks like a great time Rosie! And some of that food looks delish. I bet the "end of the day" recaps by the escorts were quite entertaining!!! :rotfl:

That's not a bad looking Elvis! :thumbsup2 The others were pretty iffy.:confused3

I can't help falling in love with the Lake George pictures Rosie. It's certainly not in the ghetto.

I know you have a suspicious mind, but you could ask the mods, "Don't be cruel". (They should at least be happy that you were wearing an Eeyore shirt!)

Funny that the restaurant's name was TR''s as in...

Trip Reports.... :lmao:

Great updates, Rosie. I'm getting hungry looking at all these food pictures. Maybe I ought to go make some lunch.

Love the first Elvis impersonator. I was a great Elvis fan and one of my biggest regrets is that I never got to see him in person. :sad1:

Kathy, my brother (who has lived most of his life in Chicago/Woodstock/Lisle) traveled the world to see Elvis in concert. In the 70's he wore the Elvis sideburns and every birthday and Christmas for our adult lives sent me Elvis memorabilia as a gift. I had some pretty interesting stuff, most unique music boxes. He was a major Elvis fan to the end and always said there was no better live performer than Elvis.

I wish I'd seen him in concert too. Especially in the late 60's early 70's when he was gorgeous and ohhhh so sexy! Remember the TV '68 Special? All in black leather? :faint:
