Swan to Contemporary with WDW transpo?

Hello,

We're staying at the Swan and want to dine at Cali Grille in the Contemporary. Truth be told we'd prefer not to drive so we can have some wine and not worry. Don't direct us through any parks as we won't have tickets this trip. Are you up for the challenge? Any ideas appreciated. TIA!

Option 1: Bus to MK and then walk or monorail to Contemporary
Option 2: Walk or boat to DHS and then get bus to Contemporary

It is a very easy walk from the MK bus stop to the Contemporary if you choose that routing.

I would also take a bus to the MK and walk or monorail to the Contemporary. I think that would be the quickest way with Disney transportation!

Bus to MK and walk to CR. The walk from the MK bus stop to the monorail is ~3/4 of the distance from the bus stop to the CR.

Great answers and so fast too. Don't mean to sound like a dummy but is the walk to Contemporary pretty obvious from MK bus stop? We're not newbies , been going to WDW since it opened, but oddly have not done that walk.

Yes, there is a sidewalk under the monorail by the bus stops. Follow it to the traffic light, cross the street, then walk through the Contemporary parking lot.

When you get off the bus, walk towards the MK entrance, but turn right when you reach the security perimeter fence. (Don't go down the hill to the bag check. ) The path to the CR runs almost directly under the monorail beam to the right. New, easy-to-spot signs were recently installed marking the entrance to the path.

Please do not cut across the bus lanes; it is dangerous.
