Swan/Dolphin luggage transfer question

We're splitting a stay between the Swan/Dolphin (haven't decided which) and the Beach Club. On checkout day at the Swan/Dolphin, will the hotel transfer luggage to the Beach Club or do we need to take possession of the luggage and bring it over ourselves? Either way is fine; we're just working out logistics.

My understanding from researching this in the past is that S/D, as not 'official' WDW resorts, don't qualify for free transfer of luggage during resort swaps. I'd be tempted to grab one of those brass luggage dollies at S/D and just wheel the stuff over myself, making sure to return it, of course.
