SWA - expiring TT funds any way to extend them?

I have some ticketless travel funds that expire May 12th, that means I have to complete my trip by then correct? not just book the flights by then? Is there any way to extend the expiration date? Anyone had any luck with this? Should I call or email?

Call Customer relations and they will issue you a paper voucher that will expire in 6 additional months approx. My May expiring credits now are a voucher that is good until Dec 31.
