Because of the ice storm in OK (no power 12/9 -12/19), I had to cancel wonderful airfare to FL ($159 r/t from KC). I had thought that DH would have to go to AZ, but now he is driving. Because of a drop in our airfare in May 2007, I had a $50 credit that I stupidly applied to the December travel (I wish I had read the DIS first and could have just had it credited to my cc), I now have a credit that will expire in March! I really don't know what to do; when I had to cancel I thought that DH would use the credit so did not really pursue it with the reservationist. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! I thought I had read about there being some number for customer help, but I could not find it on the website.

I guess I will call them again when I have all the confirmation numbers in front of me and tell them point blank I want it credited back to my card.
I changed from ding fares to regular fares back to ding fares, but never changed the days or times - i.e kept the same flight number; I did it 6 times.
