SW credit . . . Need help!

I hear SW is opening up December flights tomorrow . . . . I have a $60.00 credit. How do I apply this credit when paying for my new flight! Thanks!

when you get to the screen where you pay for your flight, it will give you payment options. There will be a place to put in your credit.

On the payment screen where you enter your name, just below where it asks if you want early bird check in, and above where you can put credit card information, it says "Do you want to apply travel funds?" Click on the apply travel funds button and it will open up the screen so that you can enter the confirmation # for the credit.
