EXCUSE ME SURVIVORS! I am 53 years old and I am not an "old lady".:hippie:

Too be fair, Sandy looks MUCH older than 53! She reminds me of Tina from season two. I just about fell over when I learned she was only 40 years old! She looked 60.

Ayone else wonder why nobody was suspicious about Sandy being so sweaty and dirty? She didn't lift a twig to help make up the camp, yet she was filthy and sweaty when they met her.

I would of been like "What's up with that? You think she maybe got a clue to a hidden immunity idol? She had four hours to sit aorund, but she's dirty and sweaty, What has she been doing?"
That's what I would have thought to myself. :lmao:

Yes, Sandy is certainly annoying. And every time they showed her, I kept thinking "She's wearing dentures; I certainly hope they give her denture cleaning stuff/adhesive!" I know they don't give the survivors toothpaste/brushes, but what about denture cream? Can't you just see her dentures flying out during a challenge? (I apologize if those were her real teeth )

I think it was interesting how Sandy and Sierra chose to do different things with all their "free" time since they got to camp ahead of everyone. I could see Sandy's point - it was kind of obvious they were going to vote her out, why not spend the time looking for the idol. But she should have done something around the camp, building a fire pit or something. Sierra isn't going to last long if she's really that sick - strep throat, 102 temp.

I, too, like the army guy - if he's been in Afghanistan, he's used to heat and lousy living conditions, so he should do pretty well. Then again, wasn't he an officer and used to ordering people around? That might get him into trouble.

I would have at least done SOMETHING around camp, than spent some of the time looking for the idol. It cracked us up she didn't know what a "pace" was.

I thought the samething about her teeth, look like dentures to me also. :teeth:

He is a 1st Sargeant, he works for a living soldier. ;)

Sandy is very annoying and only saved herself with the challenge, but really how hard was her part? She was also rested because she avoided the 4 hour trek.

I think the Coach is in for a big fall if he doesn't change his style.

My son didn't know either but he is only 7.

I would have been surprised if they had voted Sandy off instead of Carolina. While I do agree that Sandy should have done something around camp, we really don't know how many hours that she and Sierra really had before the rest of the tribes made it to camp. Plus, we never saw Carolina doing anything either around camp. She also didn't do so well in the challenge where Sandy really shined.

I agree with you but still, how hard was it for her to place those planks on the stairs.

somebody give sierra a pair of panties...

Ya, Sandy is definitely annoying. Although, when she first got voted off and had not said a word, I did feel badly for her. I thought she was going home already. Then when Jeff told her what was going on and she started to speak up, I thought.....:scared:

I think she spent the entire four hours digging somewhere to get THAT dirty. She was a MESS. ****Also, did you all notice she has ACRYLICS on....at tribal council when she kept wiping her face with her filthy hands, she had acrylics on!

:rotfl2:

I also thought it was so funny when Sandy was hugging Carolina after they lost the challenge and Carolina says something along the lines of "sorry I voted for you to leave earlier now that you ARE going home"...:lmao:

Hey CAROLINA
2.gif

I thought the twist in the beginning was brilliant! I'm really glad Sierra and Sandy are still in the game!

About the only person that didn't make a good impression on me was Coach...since he's all about the strong survive, I think he's setting himself for a major downfall but hey...that's the breaks.

Hopefully this season will be a little more exciting than last season.

Hey! Welcome Metro!!!

I am excited about this season, now I just hope Amazing Race has good casting

I see the black team "whooping" the red team.:lmao: Sandy is so annoying! She should have done something for the camp when she arrived. Get a few logs for a fire, something. She took the first vote way to personal. They know they have to walk 4 hours, of course they're going to vote out the one who appears the weakest.

I thought they would be so pissed thatshe didn't do anything they would have voted her out- regardless of the challenge.
Carolina was too much but from what was aired I would have thought Sandy was going.

I couldn't believe the black team got all the water and stuff. That could really come back to bite the red team.
I ask this question every season, but haven't these people even watched a single episode of Survivor??? Water and food are the most important survival items in this game. What was the red team thinking grabbing buckets and scraps of wood??? Oh, yeah. They got a couple of very heavy squash. Good plan. They'll last about a day.

See, I thought she made the right choice by looking for the idol. Either the tribe arrived to the camp a lot quicker than she expected. Or she is just that clueless. By the time the tribe arrived, she hadn't even figured out the first clue.
How cann you not know what a pace is???
Honestly, I don't really know what a pace is. I know that a pace is different from a step(DH and I had this conversation last summer). But, I just can't remember exactly what a pace is.

Sierra appeared to have more time around camp than Sandy. When Sierra's tribe arrived, it was completely dark and Sandy's tribe arrived while it was still fully light.

And I agree Carolina didn't do well at the challenge. But neither did that blonde girl(Sydney, I think) or Joe. He was struggling to carry 2 boards.

If Sandy wasn't a total crazy dingbat, I'd agree that her search for the idol was smart, but since she doesn't know what a pace is (and she appeared to not know what a stick is, either, or a palm tree) she should have given up and done something useful at the camp.

I think Sierra is wearing panties, but I am guessing it is a thong and too much of her bum was showing.

Are all of the Mormon contestants on Survivor homosexual?

I kind of agree with Coach about weak losers getting too far in the game, but that is the game - outwit, outlast, outplay - so if some scrawny or fat, out of shape wanker makes it to final 3, they were obviously doing something right.

Good riddance to Carolina, although I am sure lots of men will miss her hooters.

Anybody watching? They mentioned that Taj is Eddie George's wife and I found this pic of them:

Man did she look good when that pic was taken! :scared1:

Well, I watched the last 30 min of it- my DVC didn't tape the show, and when I realized it, it was half over. Oh well, it was good. I'm rooting for Taj, I used to love the group SWV, so I guess that is good enough reason.LOL
