Survivor Philippines**Sept 19**No Spoilers

Does anyone know where I can find last night's episode online for free. I had a meeting and forgot to DVR it. I've tried finding one online, but all I can find are short clips or ones I need to pay for. Any suggestions?

You should be able to see it on cbs.com. I haven't done that in a few years, but they usually have it available the next day.

Not sure if Penner didn't catch the slip, or just kept a straight face and stored that knowledge away. Essentially it should have tipped him off that they were thinking of booting him, but at the same time the slip up may not have registered at all. Hard to say.

That's what I thought.

I hope Denise, Malcolm, Lisa and RC get an alliance. I don't mind the other guy that has his head up Abi's butt being in it too, when she gets voted out.

Don't be do hard on Carter for that mental slip. These guys are hungry and tired. I'm surprised we don't see more mental errors like that.

I'm convinced Penner heard it and played it straight. He's a smart player. I liked his explanation at TC why he didn't raise his hand to indicate that he felt vulnerable.

I can't believe that they ate all there rice already.

The tribe was giving Penner a hard time about giving up the rice but really there wasn't that much left anyway.:confused3 Didn't the other tribe say they only have two days left between the two bags.

There seems to be a lot of idols floating around still, should be interesting who actually uses them.

Not 'they' apparently. Michael. You would think an experienced player would know better.

That didn't play out quite the way they made it seem it would. Overall that challenge was a flop. I odn't think the producers expected them to just chill for an hour.

My favorite line was when the Carter asked Penner, who should it be Penner or Katie? What a dumb move.
.

I'm just saying, if god watched and had a vested interest in Survivor (as some contestants love to indicate), the giant ball would have shown up again for the immunity challenge. Wouldn't have been a flop, then!

Dumb move for sure on Carter's part. But when are castaways going to learn to watch people's facial expressions/reactions when they or others are speaking? Kent's reaction would have been a dead giveaway. Same at tribal. I really want to believe that penner caught it, but he hasn't said or done anything--either publicly or in confessionals--to indicate that he has.

ok people don't think in this game - it's like they hit the island and their brains get left on the boat.

every single member on the yellow team had a chance to open their mouths and voice their opinion about getting rice vs playing out the challenge. if they didn't want to take the deal then speak up when ask or shut up

i know 1 guy did- can't remember his name so he's the only person who gets to bitcy but only for a day - then get over it and move on

Of course it IS television & we only see what they want us to see. Who knows what else may have been said in confessionals that didn't air?

Yes, of course. I just can't come up with a reason why they wouldn't want us knowing that one of their returning players (whom they obviously want us to feel strongly for or else they wouldn't bring them back) is on his game. And I really hope that he is, I just don't know why they wouldn't milk the drama, or at least the tease of potential drama.

I found it interesting that the producers came up with a game that was custom made for Jeff and the red team to win. Catching a ball in a net is much like catching a ball in baseball. I thought Jeff would have shone in this challenge and yet Malcolm and the yellow team came out on top again.

Yeah, Malcolm is a stud. He needs to lay low for a while. He'll be out even though he has that idol.

Jeff caught 3 of the 4 balls the red team captured and lost the last one to a guy half his age ;)

What did you think of last night's episode?

I think that Jeff Kent and Carter made a bad decision. They were in the potential for a strong 4 alliance and instead they flopped to the Abi/Pete alliance.

I also think that Penner and Skupin could definitely use the information they know about Lisa to their advantage. I like Lisa, but what would others think to know that she "withheld" critical information about her past? If I were them, and in trouble as they both clearly are, I would be using that to my advantage.

Would someone be kind enough to post a synopsis of last night for those of us without power? Thanks!

Here's two of the blogs/recaps I read after the episodes just for kicks.

Basic recap:

This one's usually lengthier, but the guy who usually writes it didn't have power either, so he handed it off for the week. I haven't read it yet, so I don't know how it compares to how it usually is under Dalton.

Definite bad decision, I totally agree. I thought Jeff was smart enough to know that you can't narrow your focus on getting rid of one person and doing whatever you have to just to get that person out. That's a really quick way to ruin your game/position.

The thing that still has me...frustrated :confused3 ... is that they had immunity for last remaining man and last remaining woman. If the bucket is 25% of their weight, male/female shouldn't matter. I have no idea why this is continuing to bother me so much, especially since neither person who won really needed it, so it was inconsequential. Whatever.

I like Malcolm. I felt bad for him when he was talking about being in an alliance with the 2 people he felt he could't beat. He seems like a nice guy.

Just watched the episode. I was really bummed that Pete didn't get sent home.
