Survivor: Palau...official Thread

My pick to win it all is Ian. He's a strong player, good at challenges, smart & has a strong alliance. More importantly though he's still the skinny, slightly geeky, nice guy of the group who everyone likes and doesn't feel threatened by. I like Tom but he's going to have a bull eyes on him as soon as the tribes merged because he's such a strong player/leader and people know it.

I agree with Beth, she needs to cover up more, but she isnt so to avoid seeing that every week, I say she needs to go.. shallow, sure but why do you think they don't ever have a Survivor in Alaksa???

I do agree she has surprised her teamates on the challenges, just please cover up!!. I was hoping that when they won all that cloth people would be covering up.. I think James took Jeffs undies before he left, no way James ever bought a pair of Tommies.... *hehe
REMEMBER it is on WEDNESDAY this week because of March Madness....

I agree with you about Ian. He has been a strong player and currently under the radar. Tom is another favorite of mine, but do think that once they merge he will have a target on him because of being such a strong player.

DON'T FORGET!!!!!!
:cool1: SPECIAL NIGHT: WEDNESDAY March 16, 8PM ET/PT :cool1:

SURVIVOR: PALAU

Low morale for one tribe sinks even lower when they abandon their camp in search of a cave for shelter from a storm...and get lost.

Saw this in a ad, it will be Ulong.

One castaway neglects fire duty and dozes off, and a tribemate becomes bitter having to lose valuable sleep to pick up the slack.

Maybe Koror?

One tribe is taunted and tormented as they have to sit and watch the other tribe enjoy a great reward right in front of them.

Well it being a reward challange, maybe Ulong will win it. But it if happens after they get lost in the rain, it could be Koror who wins.

Both tribes face several unexpected twists that throw them off their game.

Maybe its that tribe shake up that we are all hoping for.

And don't forget to check you tribes to make sure that you have who you want, and you have your extra bonus point tries selected.

During AR last night, they showed clips from Survivor. Jeff tells them everyone goes to TC.

yep...i heard that too....TWO tribal councils........

We also saw that two tribal council ad and I told DH that doesn't mean that both tribes are losing a member. Just because they have to go to tribal council does not mean anyone has to go home does it?

I wonder if they will somehow split the teams up at tribal council and then the tribe that lost at the immunity challenge now has to vote someone off from their newly formed tribe? :confused3

not sure.....they had 2 TC before. the person who had immunity got to vote someone off from the other tribe....remember that?? it was a guy with the immunity and i think he voted off a woman--i remember jeff p. saying "he (the guy from the other tribe) was only there to observe" their TC.....and i think he spent some time at their camp too?? :confused3 not sure of the exacts, but i remember someone from one tribe voting off someone from the other

Poor, tortured Ulong :(. That episode was harsh :sad2:.

Just when you agreed among yourselves who should go, doesn't Survivor throw a twist. It is like slow torture for Ulong. Angie was one of the stronger players. Wonder how much longer until they merge with only 4 remaining what are the chances of them winning anything at this point?

I almost died when it was a tie between Bobby John and Angie. Bobby is just too good on the eyes to go yet.

I do feel bad for Ibriham. He seems so nice. I would not have minded to see James go. He gets on my nerves.

I am not liking all of the twists and turns of this game. I believe that this was the worst of all. 2 tribal councils, both having to vote one off, eating in front of the losing tribe, letting one tribe pick an immunity person... :confused3 With all of this...I bet those 2 people from the very first night will come back in some way?? Interesting season!!

I feel quite the opposite. Tonight was my favorite Survivor episode in quite some time. I was on the edge of my seat and knew that Probst had to have something up his sleeve. And boy did he ever.

I TOTALLY agree, TC! :wave2:

I think it was one of the BEST Survivor episodes EVER and I am STILL fired up about it! I WAS TICKED that they sent Angie home!!! I LIKED her a LOT!

I agree regarding tonight's episode. I wish the producers would stop manipulating the game. I feel so sorry for Ulong, but that's the way it goes. They should have had to vote out their member and that should have been the end of it.
I agree the changes made it more interesting, but it's not fair to Koror to have to vote someone off when they've never lost a challenge.

I was at the circus and missed tonights episode!! What happened???
You missed quite an episode--very eventful...

They pretty much started with a reward challenge. They were told that both tribes would go to tribal council and vote a person off. The winning tribe would go first, vote and then sit in on the other team's council. The winning team was also given a meal of beef stew, biscuits and root beer to eat in front of the losing team!

Ulong was winning the challenge until Ibreham lost it for them. So, the tribe decides to vote off Ibreham. Koror gets to tribal council and votes off Willard (no surprise). Then they bring in Ulong and unveil the food right in front of them. Then Ulong talks about their team while Koror eats. They pretty much say they are going to vote off Ibreham. Then Jeff throws in another wrinkle: Koror gets to vote on one person on Ulong to have immunity. Of course they vote for Ibreham. Then Ulong votes and it's a tie between Bobby John and Angie. The other 3 vote again and vote off Angie (they all 3 voted for her this time.).

I thought tonight's episode was really harsh. And I was upset that Angie was voted off.

:sad2:I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT ANGIE IS GONE!:sad2:

She is not the one that should have gone tonight! She has worked hard at every challange. Her and Steph are the heart of that team. UGH!!

And what in the world was Ibraham talking about? Saying that tonight was the only time he has faltered in a challange. NOT!

But if my hands were tied and I couldn't vote for Ibraham, then I would have shot for James. I bet James is quite happy. He finally got rid of Angie. He hasn't really liked her since the first.

Well it will be intersting next Wed. Guess I will be rooting for Steph a little harder. Because I have a feeling that if Ulong loses again, she will be gone.

I, for one, was glad they had to keep Ibreham around. If nothing but for eye candy :magnify:. My least favorite of the remaining was Bobby Joe. Although, I was thinking that I really didn't want to see any of them voted off. I really like them all, even James has grown on me.

I loved tonights episode, loved the twists, it made the game a heck of a lot more interesting.

I knew Angie was gone the minute she started getting so emotional at tribal council and her lost tantrum didn't help matters either.

I'd love to see them mix up the tribes next week and split them into 2 tribes of six. It would be so funny to watch the reactions of people like Greg who think they have the game all figured out.
