1) I love this show but not for the sex...for the competition. This is pretty boring and lame.

2) That background country bumpkin is gonna make me NUTS!

3) The women are pretty piggy in camp.

DopeyRN - I agree. They were very sloppy. Glad they are getting their act together and working together finally to get things done.

Those guys are just too much with all their comments!

I'm not sure who said that tonight (maybe Heidi?) but I can still recall my shock during the first episode of this series with Jenna being so disappointed being on an all women team because she realized that "I cannot use my wiley ways with the women like I could with the men". Oh PLEASE!!! I never really considered myself a feminist but I really thought women had gotten beyond using sex as a tool (or weapon) and began using their brains more!!! I like the way this Survivor is shaping up! It's been pretty even as far as Tribal Councils go. The ladies are finally getting their act together. The comments while bathing were ridiculous!!

I find myself watching with an eye towards the Fantasy League... As in

Who's that singing?
Was that Rob that read the mail?

And my favorite from this week:

I was rooting for the topless bathers to take their bottoms off too because I traded for a couple of them and picked "gets naked" as my bonus points for them!!!

It is making it more interesting!!

I believe it was Heidi that talked about the younger women not bathing with the older women.

I don't know why, but I am just not into this series as others in the past. But it won't stop me from watching. When the two tribes merge, it should be interesting.

I just can't believe how unorganized that women have been.

Kirby - I am opposite of you. I am SO TOTALLY INTO this Survivor. The guys just crack me up!!! They are TOO funny! All their sexist comments, thinking they have a chance... .too too much! And the women are finally, finally getting their act together as others have stated. I am so glad of that. I tell you though, I worry about our younger generation if these women represent them.

Dorothy- I so totally agree with you regarding the DIS Fantasy league. I am TOTALLY THE SAME!!! I also changed my team members because of the bathing teaser. To me, going topless IS going naked. So I hopefully ranked up a few extra points with that. Tomorrow will tell.

I am also agree with who was voted out tonight!

Skuttle - The reward challenge was SO cute. Each Survivor got a box with so many items in it (toothbrush, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, etc). I think there were a total of 26 or so many different items but each one had less than a dozen in their particular box. They were to ask ANY OTHER TRIBAL member (their team or their foes) if they have an item in their box to match up with one of their own. If a match was made - Great. 18 matches for a tribe won them the reward which was all personal hygeine stuff.

There was ALOT of flirtation and sexual tension going on during this challenge. and, OF COURSE, the women won!!! Which led to the bathing/nude scenes.

Reward challenge was each tribe was locked into a cage and several stages had to be gone through to escape the cage and they had to work as a team. The Winners? The Women, but of course! LOL!!

Tribal council for the men - you knew it would be between Roger and Daniel and Daniel even played the race card "I'm different right from the start because I'm Asian so I am a target" or some such thing. Rob came right back and said NO one here said Dan is different, we ALL come from different backgrounds which makes us all unique. Only intelligent thing Rob said all show! LOL! Anyway, Dan had to take the long walk out tonight.

Sorry you missed it. I enjoyed tonight very much.

I thought Heidi was okay until tonight. Both camps seemed to be pretty nasty tonight for so early in the game. I think every single man was involved in "private" aliance talks. The girls setting Deena up for leadership hoping to use her skills and then get her kicked out because of them. I predict that the men are going to come together as a team with Dan gone, but the girls are going to seperate even more because the "cute girls" don't want to be chummy with the others.

Interesting episode.

I can't decide which team to root for. The vain girls or the sexist guys? What a choice...

I was really disgusted with the attitudes of the younger women on this episode. I guess I am not a guy so I don't understand but I don't think any of those girls look so great especially since they have been in the Amazon for over a week.

On the men side I am starting to really like Dave and believe it or not I am starting to like Rob. He is the comic relief...he says such dumb things but as it was mentioned last night I am starting to think it may be a little bit of an act.

Anyone else notice the look on Matthew's face when Dan mentioned during Tribal Council that he and Matthew were really close because they share a common background in Chinese and can speak to each other in Chinese? I knew by the look on Matthew's face that he was going to turn his vote against him there. He looked ticked that Dan let everyone know they were scheming behind their backs.

After seeing the previews for next week and watching Jenna crying I just want to go home, I'm guessing the men lose the immunity challenge again and Jenna stays.

I LOVED it when Rob said Heidi was a 9 in real life (with make up on) but out there she was pushing a 6 and it leveled the playing field. Then they did a split shot of Heidi before the outback and after. She really does look bad right now. Too funny!

Those snooty anorexic looking fake boobed little girls will get theirs one day!

Obi-Wan I agree with you. The look Matthew had on his face when Dan said that they spoke Chinese together was priceless. I stated to my DH now Matthew is going to vote Dan boff ecause he did not want other tribe members to know.

I'm glad the girls are getting there act together. That camp looked pretty nasty and the mold growing on the food was gross. At least the girls are eating better than the guys with those fish they caught.

Okay - I just watched The Early Show with Daniel. He said once he found out Alex was going to vote for him, he told Matthew to do same because he didn't want Mathew singled out. Last night DH said the same thing already mentioned above - that Matthew did NOT want it known that he had formed a bond with Dan, especially with speaking their common language. Dan said this a.m. that Matthew is more Chinese (Asian? - not sure of exact ethnic group mentioned) than himself.

umm.... He said it was more fun watching the show last night than being there. Going to tribal council is like going to an execution and watching his friend Ryan get his light doused at their first tribal council was extremely hard.

what else?.... Oh, he said he would not change a thing in strategy. "It's the luck of the drawer". He feels Roger singled him out more for being Ryan's friend than because of Dan being lazy. He said Roger really disliked Ryan and therefore Dan was guilty by association. HOWEVER, Dan said if he was on a tribe with all women, he would have being doing ALL the work.

The women - they enjoyed seeing the women. He said we were a bunch of guys sleeping side by side with one another and haven't seen a girl in a while and then it was like "wow, there's a girl".

IMO, he definitely stereotyped the saying some women like to say regarding men and what they think with....

Last night's show was one of the best! I'm so glad the women pulled together to win the immunity challenge. Did anyone else notice Joanna and Christy working together to get the knots untied? Women can fight, but when it counts, they can work together and forget their differences.

The younger, "great looking" girls really ticked me off! Wait until they get all kinds of bug bites and dirt under their nails and their hair starts to fall out from malnutrition! Women have tried to years to be accepted because of WHO they are, not what they look like, and these girls need to wake up and realize that beauty doesn't last.

In the previews, it looked to me like it was Shawna who was crying and saying she can't make it another 30 days. Did I miss something about Jenna?
