I only caught the tail end of tribal council last night, so I still have to watch the whole thing on-demand tonight or tomorrow. I wasn't surprised Cochran got voted off, but I really did hope there would be some kind of shake-up and maybe Brandon, Coach or Edna would get voted off. Seems like nobody but Cochran wants to try making a bold move. Boring!! I like Cochran, and I know a lot of you don't like him, but you gotta admit - he's playing the game and keeping it interesting. Otherwise, it would have been Coach and Ozzy all the way to the final 3; at least Cochran was able to add some drama and by flipping he managed to get Ozzy sent to Redemption Island.

I can't wait for next week to see what kind of reception Ozzy give Cochran on Redemption Island. Wouldn't it be a hoot if Cochran would actually defeat Ozzy in the duel? They'd need a mental challenge; anything physical and Cochran wouldn't stand a chance.

Most of RI's challenges are either mental or endurance that involve balance(women typically do better with balance). I think Cochran has a chance on RI to beat Ozzy because nothing will be too physical. (they can't really have physical because they don't know if it will be male vs. male or male vs. female)

I was so hoping either Dawn or Whitney would win the challenge on Redemption Island and send Ozzy to the jury. I just can't stand his stuck on himself attitude and thinking he's so great, no he can think it all he wants, but SAYING it out loud is just so freaking arrogant! Ugh!

Sad to see Cochran get voted off, was hoping they would really get it together and get rid of Benjamin (Coach), or even go with the other plan and vote Rick off so Cochran could stay. But I will definitely be keeping my fingers crossed that Cochran BEATS Ozzy in the Redemption Island challenge.

And what was up with Brandon at Tribal Council? Oh my gosh he is definitely a nut case! I tried to like him at the beginning, as I adored his uncle Russell, but he is just too weird and unstable! Wow!

I too was hoping for some kind of shake up. I think Cochran was deluding himself if he really thought that switching tribes would get him any farther. I think he would've been better off and striking a deal with Ozzy to take him to the end and not switch. Either way, the result was the same.

The next little bit should be more interesting now that they have to 'eat their own'.

Here's hoping she does win immunity next week. We need to spice things up a bit. Ever since the merge, everything has been pretty much predictable.

I like how Cochran tried to stir up stuff at the tribal council, with talking about Edna and also Brandon's game play (or lack thereof). I do find it interesting that he kept feeling the tribe owed him. From what I recall, Coach promised him nothing except a safe place to sleep. That's it. No immunity idol (which is what I would have wanted), no guarantee not to vote him out first, nothing. I was a little surprised they got him out because he would have been very easy to win against in the final 3. Same with Edna. I really, really doubt Edna will win an immunity necklace. She's never even been close.

As for Redemption Island -- I'd be surprised if Cochran wins, but the way they talked about him not winning makes me think there is a story there.

To answer another person's question as to why people aren't considering voting Coach out... to me, that shows exactly how good he is playing this game. I'm not a Coach fan. But he's obviously done a great job of his social game, and IMO deserves the million dollars.

Watched last week's episode yesterday online and am disappointed also that, once again, opportunitys were not taken advantage of.

Wonder when the RI winner, most likely Ozzy, will be introduced back into the game?

I also watched the Ponderosa clips. Whitney and what's his face, my mind drew a blank, are openly kissing, holding hands, etc. She said that she has a boyfriend back home and knew she would have to do some flirting on Survivor. But has a connection to whatever his name is.

She was married when she went to the game, she didn't tell anyone she was married and apparently she was having an affair with Keith.

Brandon's dad didn't fall too far from the tree.

Couldn't believe that Cochran almost beat Ozzy. It would have been amazing had he done so. Previews next week lead us to believe that Edna has a good chance. I hope that she does.

If Ozzy makes it to the final, he wins, hands down. He has the votes.

Why would they vote out Brandon? Unless he can convince people that he planned toplay the game this way, including the way his father acted, he would get no votes in the final.

Coach will probably lose some votes though on his "honourable" game. Especially if what he said to Ozzie is true. He is certainly going back on deals this time and there would be no way for him to deny it.

They HAVE to keep Brandon around if they want to win at the end. NOBODY will vote for him. If Coach makes it to the end, I think he'll win. If BOTH Coach and Ozzy make it?...I think it goes to Ozzy because Coach and company disenfranchised Edna and screwed Cochran, so Ozzy will have the votes.

Wouldn't it be a hoot if Edna beats Ozzy at RI?

I was SO hoping Cochran would beat Ozzy in the duel! I used to like Ozzy, but his "I'm so wonderful" attitude is turning me off big time. I'm really hoping that the previews for next week are right and Edna wins the RI duel, but you know how they edit things on this show.........

While I think they should have gotten rid of Brandon, I can understand why they want him in the final 3 - nobody will vote to give him the $1M.

So it's just next Wed., and then the finale will be on Sun., Dec. 18th, right?

I do NOT hope Edna beats Ozzy - I am still an Ozzy fan. Regardless though, I find it hard to believe the producers would "spoil" such a pivotal challenge on a preview/commercial, so there has to be more going down than what we see there, no matter who wins. That cannot be the "winning" moment.
