Is there a "primer" for SR some where.... I just don't seem to be getting it. :confused3

Join the forum and check out the stickies at the top of each section. You will get alot of info there. And, just like the Dis is great for all the info you can learn about Disney, etc, SR forum is great for lots of tips on earning thru SR and friendship.

The SR forum is a great resource so I would definately check that out.

Is there anything specific that you wanted to ask?

I have a specific question that maybe you could help me with. I am baffled with the offers. I know that sounds like I am a doofus, and that may be. Do you go through the whole offer, clicking no to all the sign ups, or can you do a few pages and get credit. Is that cheating? It seems like I do the free offers, go forever through a thousand pages only to get spammed like crazy, phone calls from online universities that I never signed up for info from, and then don't get the points. I see folks who have gotten hundreds of dollars in like 6 months. I just cashed out for $30 disney dollars after a year or so. Please help me.

You have to go through the whole thing-I find keeping the last page open for about 10 minutes helps the offer credit.
To keep the phone calls down, I use AIM phone line.

Well, you need to learn a few tips from your friends who are earning hundreds of dollars. Some of them are cheats, so beware. right thing to do will be to talk to the members and see what others have to say. you already said your frnds are earning good amount. so there maybe problem in your approach. you need to learn the trade secrets. moreover, neither you nor others should be doing spamming. you should do it in a natural way.

:confused3 ??? Oh man, I really wanted to understand this answer because I am having similar trouble getting many offers to credit.....

Here are the basics for doing the freebie offers. The idea behind these things is that the advertisers want you to look at their stuff. Just like you would in the newspaper or in a magazine. So when you sign up they want you to give them your information so that they can advertise to you. They are paying you the amount of the offer to get your info and have you look at thier ads.

Their hope is that you will be interested in one or more and take advantage of them. You are not obliged to take advantage of them though. You are "obliged" to look at the offers and see if any fit what you need. I go through and I check out what is available. If there is something I like I click yes and give my info and if not I click no and move on to the next page. When you get to the gold and silver ones you need to open those offers and look at them at the least.

Make sure you are clearing your cookies before you start each day. If you go to do an offer and you don't need to enter your info then you are in their system and you won't get credit. Close it out. Clear cookies and maybe use a different email and then try it. This is only for offers you haven't done. You can only get credit for each offer once over all rewards sites so you can't do the same one on QR and on SR and get credit for both.

Then you have to make sure you don't clear cookies again until after you have recieved credit for the offer. Most of them credit on the hour or sometimes it takes until the next hour.

There will always be some that don't credit at all. Just do them. Put them in pending and if they don't credit move on to the next one. You can try them again after 30 days.

I think that is the gist of the freebies. Please feel free to ask questions if I missed anything.

moreover, neither you nor others should be doing spamming. you should do it in a natural way.

The PP was saying that after doing the offers, they receive lots of spam emails.

Not that THEY are somehow spamming.

Getting that sort of email after doing offers is normal, and I don't actually refer to it as spam, as we are putting our names and emails out there for the companies to use...they I'm sure think we might be interested, since we signed up and let them use our emails to send offers to. :goodvibes

Tonilea I hope you can start earning soon! The SR forum is really really really good about helping people. Just sitting and reading through the threads about offers can help almost more than asking questions, b/c everyone has already asked probably any question a person can think of. :)
