Summer Moonlight Magic

I had a 31 min estimated wait, it took over 80 min. I knew epcot was sold out, but I tried anyway. No success. Oh well. I will be cancelling my 3 day trip to the polynesian that I added on to start July 17 then (I will still be visiting starting July 20, but I added 3 nights in hopes of attending moonlight magic

what are the official hours of moonlight magic? and when do they actually let you enter the park.
I got registration confirmation for DHS
They typically start letting those registered for MM in to the park 2 hours prior to park closing. The actual event will start either 30 minutes or 1 hour after the park has closed for the night and run for 3 hours.

which one were you trying for? Maybe there will be the thread here for people needing/wanting tickets and you can get some that way?
Epcot.....But I needed 2 tickets and our friends needed 4. Neither of us got in. But I will keep my eyes open thank you :smickey:

I clicked my email at 10:57 and it had me put in my membership number and sent me to the waiting room. My wait was under two minutes at 11am and I was in and registered and done within five minutes. One cell phone, one browser, I’m schooled. I haven’t been able to get in since pre-Covid. Epcot here we come!

Signed on 10 minutes before. Right at 11:00 it estimated I had a 28 minute wait. I waited 80+ minutes and did not get in.

The queue paused 3+ times. Epcot went fast. I had reservations for Epcot and HS dates, and mostly wanted HS anyway so I thought I'd be fine.

With only 1 minute left in my countdown, they paused one final time. A few minutes later everything was closed. I must have just missed it.

I wonder if
1. they have more spots reserved for the second registration?
Or
2. There are fewer slots (for the event) available for this event than in the past?

Some spots are saved for general registration so everyone that didn't make it in can try again.

It seems (can't confirm) that when early registration books up early, there are very few spots in general registration.

So there's another chance? Ugh, I cancelled a 2nt @ Riveria today only because I hoping for moonlight....That's okay, beginning of Sept (& all of August) weather is usually brutal.

Surely I will be able to secure Epcot tickets on May 22nd, right? Right?!!
Somebody will. In the past that- I estimate maybe less than 100 slots. Like, if you are not one of the folks that immediately go to registration when the booking window opens it is doubtful you will get tickets…

But, who knows?

Gah, I completely forgot. I have a reminder for myself for next week. Anyone know if it's the same link or do they send another?

Clicked the email link at 10:59… got in around 11:06 and confirmation email at 11:12 we were only eligible for for the Typhoon Lagoon party so I am not sure it a waterpark is easier how ever the last one we did before today was for animal Animal Kingdom and it was similar… sometimes I think people overthink and over try to get into these things…..

GOT IN for Feb 11 in 33 minutes!!!>>>>>

I found my post from 2019 above. I was #3,032 (they used to tell you where you were in the queue). I got tickets after 33 minutes. Today I started at 23 minutes and never made it past the 7 min mark with line pausing. So about 16-17 min of actual waiting and did not get tickets. Just wanted to compare.
