Hello Once Again.

Time is now near to commence planning for our holiday in July to Florida. We fly out on July 14th from Manchester with Virgin - what plane will this be ?

This year we want to try something different; the first week we want to do the theme parks, and also possibly the start of the second week. We also want to spend a couple of days at the coast (recovering from the 1st week !!).

Can anyone advise me on the following;

1. Best prices for Disney and Universal tickets (and what the best combo would be).

2. Where to go for the few days on the coast. Also, would i need to pre-book a motel, or could we just turn up at a resort and be able to get a room without any grief ?

Look forward to some help.

Thanks

Hi there

I am looking to buy my tickets from this mob: http://www.themepark-tickets.com/

Depending on what breakdown you want do, a 5 day ticket option and a 2 day option for Universal would probably be enough for you.

Can't help with coast info but I am sure someone else can.

Nick

We purchased our tickets from www.floridaorlandotickets.net/ and the service was incredible. Apart from being by far the cheapest - the tickets arrived amazingly quickly (and over the Xmas holidays too!). We purchased the old 5-day Hopper Passes (you can't buy these now, but you can make up your own with the new 'Magic Your Wasy' passes) and also the 7-Day Stay-and-Play Universal tickets...

We too are going to be spending some time at the coasts...you can't beat the Gulf Coast for the best of the sunshine and sugary beaches - we love Clearwater & St. Pete's Beaches the best - and on the opposite side, we opt for Cocoa Beach (we pick the non-touristy bit of beach opposite Patrick Air Force Base) - usually some pretty good waves there too!

Have fun!

Going to WDW in a couple of weeks and bought our 5 park orlando flexticket from www.sunstylevacations.com at £108 adult cost per ticket... booked it on a Monday, tickets (not vouchers) arrived by recorded delivery on the Friday.

Would highly recommend Clearwater beach for your time on the coast, just 90 minutes drive from Disney (depending on the dreaded road works!) the beach is like talcum powder and in July the sea is around 80 degrees, lovely to swim in even first thing in the morning!

We stayed at the Adams Mark Hotel right on the beach and had a fantastic time last year. We pre-booked the Hotel using www.hotelkingdom.com and had no problems at all.
