I would say people are hurting as the number of listings has jumped by about 35%. I've even considered selling ours just to have some cash in the bank. Big shakeup at our company has me nervous. Will hang on as long as possible

I was wondering what these figures would look like--thanks for the information. It's scary to see yet more evidence of people hurting financially.

Hey all,

It's been awhile since I've posted. The shakeup at our company continued through out the last 16 months or so. The last Friday in Feb, I along with others were told that our positions were being eliminated and that we could apply for "new" jobs on Mar 1 or take severance. I applied, interviewed got one of the jobs, but was still not very comfortable. Feeling was right, as due to an overreaction from lack of communication between purchasing and manufacturing, I was terminated last week. Hindsight's 20-20 should have taken the severance.

Bottom line we have our Boardwalk DVC listed with The Timeshare store. We'll be alright, and will close this book and be ready and open to start the next one.
Since I need to keep up on my Excel skills, I'm running an update to this thread and will post shortly.

Here's the latest, sorry for the gap in posts, but you can tell that there are less resales ( at least with TSS) but that the price has eroded. Probably due to less years on the first phase resorts compared to newer resorts.
