Whenever Disney has sugar free desserts on its menu, what are the types of desserts they are referring to?

Not sure exactly what you are asking but I can tell you about a couple sugar free desserts I had in Epcot. At the cafe in future world I had a sugar free cheesecake that was yummy. At Norway they had a sugar free chocolate mousse that was delicious. In the Magic Kingdom there was sugar free ice cream at the ice cream shop but I didn't care for that.

My friend had the sugar free chocolate mousse last time we were there and said it's the best mousse she's ever had with sugar or without!
