Subsidized Aulani Contract-Opinions?

I have three contracts in ROFR (2 at Aulani), but am still most definitely learning some of the lingo. Can someone help me understand what they are specifically referring to when they say subsidized dues. Are you just referring to the dues for the current UY ?

Subsidized Aulani contracts are the very first ones sold. There was some very bad math about dues, a rare, expensive mistake by Disney. These contracts have cheaper dues than the rest of Aulani and are rare in resale.

Just one issue of the MANY issues with selling the still not sold out Aulani.

There are also rare, subsidized Vero contracts from when DVC completely changed the plans.
