Strategy for day by day reservation

If I am trying to get 2 SV 2BR and 1 SV Studio for Christmas at BWV (11mos out and day by day), could I just give 2 names (rather than all 6 who are in the 2BR) for each room so they can move more quickly to request the next room and then go back and fill in the names after the 3 rooms are secured? It seems after the first day they don't have to enter all the info over and over again. What is the best strategy here?
