Still not sure when to go

We are hoping to go to Thanksgiving around Thanksgiving. We have two choices. Leave the Saturday before (Nov 22) and plan to go to the parks on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday or plan to fly to Florida on Thanksgiving Day and go the parks on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Friday through Monday the 28th through Dec 1st). Which would be more crowded? more expensive? Would we miss the Christmas decorations if we went before Thanksgiving?

My guess would be that the earlier dates would be slightly less crowded. Not all schools have the entire week of Thanksgiving off, but all schools are out on Thursday and Friday.

It is always less crowded on weekdays. If I had those choices I would visit Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
But it would be easier and less crowded to fly on Thanksgiving. Maybe even cheaper too!
I'd say check flight prices and choose from those. There could be a big price difference.
