Staying @ Yacht Club; Best place for Breakfast??

I know other have said it, but my family really likes Captain's Grille. They have a buffet or you can order off the menu. I like that option.

There's a buffet at Cape May (with characters). At Captain's Grille you can order a la carte for breakfast, *or* go to the AYCTE buffet. We've eaten at CG before and my DH and DS opted for the buffet and DD and I ordered a la carte. It was a couple of years ago, so I don't remember the buffet prices. Does anyone know?

It was $18.99 for adults when we ate there in March.

Yes, there is a price difference between the childs and adult buffet. I don't remember exactly but the childs buffet was around $12 and the adults was around $18. Also if you order the buffet children 2 and under eat free from the buffet. I have a link in my signature with pictures of the buffet at Captain Grilles from last September if you want to check it out. It was a great breakfast and was not very crowded. You can't go wrong with this restaurant!:thumbsup2

Thank you! Enjoyed seeing your pics and reading your food reports.

OK, while we're on the topic: Where at the Yacht Club can you refill your mugs with either coffee/tea or soda?

The Ale & Compass Lounge has coffee/tea in the morning. I don't know for sure if you can refill the mugs there (they don't have soda machines) but I don't see why you would not be able to. If that doesn't work, the Marketplace at BC has a full refillable mug area.

Had the breakfast buffet at CG this past May and thought it had really declined in quality from prior years. I'd recommend sticking with the regular breakfast menu instead. By the way, we love staying at Yacht Club. Enjoy!

Is it pretty easy to walk over to CG from Epcot? It looks easy on the map, but you never know...
