St. Joseph - anyone ever used him to sell a house?

It worked for us and my parents. We sold ours in 40 days and my parents sold in 48 hours.

My DH works at a Catholic high school and one of the nuns told us about St. Joseph when we were selling our first house. She said you need to bury him face down in front of the kitchen window. Then, when your house sells, you need to put him in a place of honor in your new house. We buried him, the house sold within 2 weeks and now St. Joseph is on a shelf in my family room.

I hope you bath him after his ordeal in the ground and on his head!

How did this get started anyway? Why St. Joe? Why upside down? I don't get it!

Well ever since burying St. Joe the calls for showings have increased. Two today, and one tomorrow. Who knows - maybe it will work.
