Yay for a Dismeet. I actually have a few that live really near me....like less than 10 miles...but have we met...NOPE! One has talked to my Mom on the phone before though as they had to do business together. LOL!

Very good Disney news - getting your photopass CD. We have never done a share, I usually end up getting around 1500 (or more) photos on my own, so it is well worth the money.

Karin, I hope the chemo is working and that she won't need more than the four weeks. Fingers crossed!

we generally make it into chicaog a few times a year, but we will be up there more now since the BIL will be living there, so i will let you know when we are heading up again.

First, I pre-ordered our Photopass CD. The last two years, I've done a "photopass share" with other DISer's. This year, I didn't see anyone doing it, so I just preorderd the CD.

Second, I have a DIS meet in Chicago on July 25. Captain_ Oblivious (Mark) and FreezinRafiki (Barry) are coming to Chicago. The gals are going to the American Girl Store on Michigan Avenue and having lunch there. The guys are going to Wrigley Field for a tour and then meeting me for lunch Downtown. So I will have the pleasure of being in the company of five gentlemen (okay, three...I don't want to give Mark and Barry big heads). I'm really looking forward to meeting these great guys.

You could start your own share? I'm game for Sept if you get enough peeps to keep it $20 or under. Just let me know.

I wouldn't know how to lead one either. For copies you would make a copy of the cd then would have to rewrite them to cds for anyone else.
