SSR mortgage payment due?

Just received my statement from MS regarding loan and dues payments for SSR. I almost had a heart attack when I saw that they were going to start taking loan payments on property - as I had paid the loan in full back in April (used cc with frequent flyer miles). Just spoke with accounting - hundreds of letters went out to people who have no loans, showing payments due on June 1st. Their computers show no balances owed - therefore no payments will be withdrawn. It will take accounting several months to get all of the correct info straight due to the high influx of new members.

So if you received a notice and have no mortgage on your membership - just call MS to confirm that their computers show a zero balance to avoid the automatic debit. Better to be safe than sorry.

What a waste of money and time- I received one also. I am sure they are getting lots of phone calls. Oh well- accidents happen.

If you owed nothing , did they still show a payment amount. I do and mine did.

It showed that I would have $152 withdrawn on 6/1 and 6/15-12/15. My main concern was that if they direct debitted my account how long would it take to get my $ back? We are new to DVC and are going to SSR in July - just don't want any problems with MS or my reservation.
