even the older crowd got a kick of out of, which i was happy about.
my BIL and i thought that idea up while we were getting fitted for our tuxes.

I've said it already, but I'll say it here too. Happy Anniversary to the sweetest couple I've never met. :goodvibes :lovestruc

By the way....the best study I've found for marriages is The Love and Respect by Dr. Emerson Eggerichs. Biblically based and sooo simple to understand and do. Then again God's plan is usally pretty simple for us. :goodvibes Every marriage I've ever known benefits from this book, if you get a chance to see the videos allllll the better, this video is hilarious! And sooo good!
Again, Happy Anniversary Dan and Candi. :lovestruc
thanks we will look into that one.

Hi Dan! So much to comment on. I haven't been on the DIS for like 2 months. We had a hurricane at the end of August and lost power for 5 days. We started school and we got a new puppy.

First congrats on your princess. Glad to hear that Candi's grandpa is doing a little better and got to come home. Love the updates.

welcome back, the new dog sounds like fun, hope training is going well.

thanks glenn, all of the guys were happy it wasnt a plain boring black, but had a little shine to it.

we sure did, good memory, we went through the KFC drive through with the limo and got a few chicken sliders...they were awesome, i had to put about 50 napkins across candi so she would be protected if she spilled and i still feed it to her.

Chapter 55. Final Night in disney, A story we will never forget.

This is the last full disney chapter, to follow i will have the chapters on coming home, and the danger that we ensued, and some final thoughts so about 2 more chapters after this one...stick around.

our final night in disney was winding down, we had finished dinner, and decided on a monorial ride

we headed for a quick trip around the resort line monorail to the TTC and then switched over to the epcot monorail for one last ride there.
DSC02126.jpg

is thta the tron monorail approaching sweet we were pumped, well i was.

if you have not riden it, notice, the windows are darker in the next picture
DSC02129.jpg

well it is sort of like that fabric u can put up on your windows to block the light in the backseat for a baby or a chile, hard to see out, but what you can see is sort of blurry

same affect, it was horrible trying to see out, and we missed seeing the sites while riding around in epcot.

so while the tronorail is neat to see from the ground or watching it travel by, it is not that cool to ride in.

so we got off the tronorail at epcot and went to the bus stop and got on a wilderness lodge bus.

my parents stayed on the monorail to go home that way

when we got to the lodge we walked around a bit, and took a picture of the hidden mickey high up on the stone fire place.
DSC02130-1.jpg

i zoomed in best i could to see it.

we used up the rest of our snack credits in there shopping area.

then hit the bus stop to head back to the camper.

i like this shot of parker it looks like he is holding on all himself to the top of the bus strap. or was he?

DSC02132-1.jpg

when we got back to the camper we unloaded our stuff and grabbed a nice adult drink

then headed back up to the marina to watch wishes from the boat dock

parker played with nene and his glow stick necklace.
DSC02136.jpg

when the storm had went through the day before it blew out the speakers for the wishes music they normally play but we still were able to see the fireworks good.

its nice how they turn off the extra lights on the marina so you can see it better, and when the boats approach they turn off there extra lights as well.
DSC02142.jpg

we walked back to the camper and got ready for bed, this night i had a frog in my shower and candi didnt, i used my shoe to help pursuad him to get out of the bathroom.

a few lessons learned:

lesson learned: DDP on a long trip (the 2 weeks we were there) is way to much food...you stop looking forward to the big meals each day.

lesson learned: relaxation days between park days are awesome

coming up next chapter is our crazy trip home------------------------------

now onto a little what if....

we are now into our second week in hawaii, and a few last pictures around the resort.
i believe this is called the birds of paradise flower.
677.jpg

parkers favorite none pool thing was the fish ponds.
679.jpg

688.jpg

689.jpg

out grandma and grandpas balcony.
702.jpg

this one is showing up upside down for me, but outside there balcony on the beach was the weekly luau, so we watched that for free adn didnt have to pay for it.
703.jpg

cont...next post

cont from post above.....

candi parker and i then made our way to her sisters place about 30 minutes around the island...

the next day i tried my luck at surfing....i made it ON the board.
708.jpg

paddeling was good.

standing up not so much, thats about as high as i could get.
709.jpg

:lmao:

the next few days were spent doing this.
722.jpg

just relaxing and building, giant volcano mounds.
724.jpg

then digging the middle out...and letting parker fill it up with lava
730.jpg

train designs in the sand.
727.jpg

now after i did this little what they call body boarding,
729.jpg

the next day on that same beach the lifeguard was warning people not to do that because this beach is the most dangerous for spinal breaks because the surf breaks so hard and people slap down and snap ther eback.

seriously dude....

i did feel a little sour after i took that wave, and didnt end up body boarding anymore that trip, no need to risk it.

that night we headed back to the resort (candis parents checked in a few days later than us and thus checked out a few days later.)

on the way we stopped at this spot..it is a great whale watching spot in the season.
735.jpg

733.jpg

734.jpg

me and her brother made friends in the pool and they invited us to play volleyball with them...half were from the west coast and half from the east coast, so they kept yelling at each other (in good fun about which coast was better) it was a riot and we couldnt stop laughing the whole game.
740.jpg

the following day her sister rented paddle boards for us to take out.

im pretty good at paddeling from a seated/kneeling position.
749.jpg

but that was about the extent of it, i found out that trying to balance on a board is not my cup of tea.

753.jpg

i did manage to catch a wave in the kneeling position and ride that in.

everyone else including my BIL and FIL managed to stand up and paddle though.
758.jpg

later that night we had a BBQ at my sister in laws place.

all was going well i showed them how to smoke some chicken for the BBQ and everyone loved it.

we had good laughs and good conversartion and met very nice locals.

this next story starts out scary and ends up funny, hope you enjoy.

right about here were candi is sitting she stands up to say by to everyone.
788.jpg

and she suddenly screams and starts to grap her foot...we notice something black squirming away from her.

one of the ladies takes off her shoe and i grap another ladies foot as it starts to go toward her foot...the lady hits it with her sandle about ten times and kills it...

we see it is a 7 inch long centipede!!! it was about 3/4 an inch wide as well it was just gross.

well they tell us that it is poisoness candi is already crying her foot hurts so bad.

one lady says we have to call 911 to take her to the hospital.

a local lady that has lived on the island her whole life says no we dont and everyone needs to calm down

i need urine.
:confused3

she says she has done it before and it counter acts the posion that it injects in you.

she starts to tell candi to sit down and that she will just pee on it right there.

i say no worries ( i learned that line from the locals) and grap a beer cup and head inside.

luckily i had to go

i came back outside with a full cup yes a full cup...i said i had to go.

she starts to pour it over the sting right there in the middle of the party in the front yard.

who am i to miss a picture opportunity.

794.jpg

they also add meat tenderizer to the sting and it helps.

needless to say it helped.

she didnt feel the pain the swelling went down with minutes...and she felt great.

now parker ended up telling everyone the rest of the trip daddy peed on mommys foot. to whoever we met.
:rolleyes1

she didnt have any other pain from it and i saved the day for her.

it is a funny story that the family still talks about and one that we know candi will never be able to forget.

so that is all for this time, hope you guys enjoyed, i hope to have this whole report wrapped up next week some time.
